Strange looking 4 week old marijuana plant. Please help!

image.jpgimage.jpgHey guys! This is my first post here and I have a question about my plant! It will be 4 weeks old on Friday. It is a bag seed from some dank and I'm growing under 6 23w cfl and have good circulation in my little grow can and temp tends to fluctuate from 70-83 depending on time of day. I had it on 18/6 until my timer broke a few days ago so now I have it on 24/0 til I get a new timer in a day or two. It's in pro mix soil and I put some blood meal in it a week ago because the first true sets of leaves were turning yellow but the plant kept getting worse so I did a flush last weekend which appeared to help. Here is what the plant was/is doing.. As more leaves kept going they never branched out and it's turned into a little 3-5 inch bush with leaves that are green but twisty. I picked the first set of true leaves off once they were nearly completely dead now the second set are doing the same thing but I've been leaving them alone til they die more. I was just wondering if anyone has seen a plant like this and if I could get some advice please. This is my first grow and I will take any advice I can get and answer any questions that'll help me get an answer!

Having The same Problem too an extent. also in pro mix about 3 weeks old no phed either. think the ph might be our problem

I was beginning to think the same thing so that's when I bought those Walmart ph strips to make sure the water was ph'd for the flush and I just received my digital ph meter in the mail today so hopefully it'll get better. Ill keep ya updated!

someone should stop by and let us know whatsup. im just weary of postin pix. glad you did haha!
make sure ya get some calibration solution and store the electrode in 7.0 solution or storage solution. will be buying my ph meter friday. what one did you pick up?

4 weeks????.... well it looks like ill def stay away from pro mix. But u have 138w on it???... possibly too much light for the lil one.

and also blood meal takes a while to degrade so technically he hasnt given the plants any nutes. im in the same boat but mine are much larger than this but the leaves look the same the curling downward but not from heat stress.

i think diff batches of promix have higher or lower ph in it. and even with the lime in there already it just needs more to keep that ph in range. on that note ordering my ph meter on friday haha. lesson learned

Yeah I couldn't figure out why it's so deformed and small after that amount of time! I wouldn't necessarily blame pro mix tho.. Cause I have a white widow started and it's about 2 weeks old. I feel like it's growing a bit slow but it could possibly be that I just started it out in too big of a pot and all the growing is happening under the soil right now. But yeah it might be too much light but I'm not sure. It's weird cause the top leaves look good but the middle and bottom leaves are all twisted and the first true set of leaves already died and now the second set is almost gone but basically all the other leaves are nice and green its just that most are twisty

Either way I'm still glad that when I noticed the strange growth after 2 weeks I started that feminized WW but it's been a slow grower too. I hope I'm not doing anything wrong which I'm sure I am with it being my first grow but all I've done is research and give it the best conditions I possibly can. I'm just doing all I can do.

i was gonna buy that one then i read the reviews!lol not saying there true at all but them assholes planted the seed of hate lol.
and trust me its gonna be so hard to spend 70 bucks on a ph pen lol. im a cheap bastard.:bigjoint:

Yeah I feel ya. I just figured it would be better than nothing. So hopefully we both get this figured it out though.
