The real issue with this is internal, if a person cant figure out what is keeping the weight on then they can never really heal themselves, physically or mentally.
It may take years but it ca happen. I fought with my weight for years , but untill i started juicing EVERY DAY and treating my adrenals, nada. Down 30 plus, no pills, no surgery .
