well im waiting for my jan 2nd order from buyseedz im being patient at same time i ordered from canada and already have those and they are 9 days old and growing. so i know where ill order from again. if my c99's ever get here ill be happy but 17 days wow did they put them on a ship or something. i can get stuff from china in 3 weeks

First post, I never use forums, read them allot but normally don't post.

However just another person wanting to register their poor experiences with Bonza seeds as they seem to be giving me messing me about and have been for over a month.

Ordered early December, payment was charged fine and it seemed to all go through alright. It sat there with nothing happening for a few days so I emailed for the first time just to check everything was alright with the payment as I wanted to place another order but didn't want to do it until the first one had shipped. A couple of days later I received a notification that it had shipped (which according to the thread earlier on is just a "warehousing term....so the first bit of BS).
I asked for the Royal Mail tracking number, there was no response. I left it a while (about a week to 10 days) and asked again, I was told that they were "having some problems with Royal Mail" and that their tracking isn't working, that they were looking into it, and that it was Royal Mails fault not theirs. I understood and said that was Ok, just looking forward to receiving.

Sensing they were a bit dodge I placed the other order with a different company, it was shipped the same day, and I received it about a week later.

At this point I asked again as to what had happened, no response (presumably on break although there was no notice on the site) no response from the internal messaging system at all either. Left it a while longer and asked again in the new year. I was then notified that the order had "just shipped" as there was a payment problem and that I should receive it soon, no tracking for the Royal Mail again (so I can't prove it was ever sent which was really all I wanted it for, to check it had actually gone out and wasn't just another "warehousing term"). This was for the order they already told me they sent once, and had a separate excuse for the tracking on so it really did sound a tad fishy. I basically called them on it and said "if there was a problem with the order originally why did you say it had shipped and was untrackable?" no response to that of course.

So anyway, its been over a month of back and forth, mucking around with these guys and at this point all I can do is continue to wait, I have basically given up on it though if it arrives it will be a bonus. This I assume is why people told me not to bother with Bonza, by the sounds of it when they have their shit in order they are half alright, but everything I read time and again posts just like mine from people who are unhappy come up and it matches my experiences with them to a T.
I am just going to suck it up and assume they have taken me for a ride and had a nice holiday with mine (and others) money and shipped me nothing, if the order arrives I will be very very surprised and thankful however I won't redact this as whether or not I get it, the experience with getting something from them is more painful than having teeth out. There are loads of other banks who gladly ship promptly and without excuses, this isn't one of them so unless you enjoy headaches its probably not worth the hassle.

Now I know a Bonza rep will be along probably shortly to apologize and say its not the norm, we will look into it, PM me and we will smooth it over, he must be from a rival seedbank, this is unfair etc etc etc. Ultimately I am not going to beg for adequate service, either they provide it or they don't and in this instance the service has been utterly poor at best, in the honor system word of mouth is everything so by sharing my experiences I might save some others some time and worry.

Not yet, but im hopeful they will arrive. with Christmas and stuff, the customs had to be have been swamped. I wish I could give away bonzas hitman shipping because its so awesome but, sadly I cant. You will be impressed.

I had a similar experience with Bonza last month. After picking my seeds I got stuck at checkout. Couldn't figure out what was wrong finally I emailed them with my concerns about payment. Bonza sent me many automated responses that did not help. They did not post any info regarding the down time on the website. When I finally did get a response from a human it was rude and not helpful at all. The message said that they were doing me a huge favor by letting me pre pay for my purchases by using paypal. No credit cards excepted. Bonza stated that they were having problems with there banking system. I expressed my concern regarding this and Bonza let me know they didn't care. They ended our email conversation with - Shit happens deal with it..........................
I did have a first initial positive experience with Bonza and the stealth shipping was great. As soon as I had a problem my experience changed drastically. I will not use Bonza again as customer service is essential to me and Bonza doesn't seem to care about it's customers.

I gotta call bullshit on this one. Let's get this straight, you used em before and like em. Then you used the site again and got stuck and cause you didn't want to use paypal you get pissed and it's all their fault. Sounds like you are just as difficult as the rep that put you in your place. Shit does happen and sometimes yes we should just learn to DEAL with it. As in we find a solution not pitch a bitch and ruin our own good fortune. You find RIU trying to google a way to trash talk Bonza, lol?

OKAY, maybe a little rude but you had to say something to piss them off. I haven't had Anythibg like that. Maybe the rep was just having a bad day, We all do. Still didn't receive my tracking num.

GREAT NEWS. I recieved my free beans from bonzaseeds!!!!! Cherry bomb, white ice, La diva auto, Cottoncandy, SILVER SURFERHAZE AHH YUMM. Still waiting on my order with my Jack Herers and christmas special. I am very pleased with the compensation from my other two orders that were damaged or incompleted. Bonza is now on my top 3 seed bank list with nirv and attitude!

Just wondering did peoples orders arrive via normal or registered post?
I think mine may have arrived just recently but it says its at a PO location, have other people just received theirs at the address they sent them to rather than having to go collect? They just left a card which is odd because most times the postie here just leaves it at the box.

As this was my first time ordering online I was a little nervous but I decided to order from Bonza, to be shipped to Montana, USA. I ordered on the 15th of Jan. and had some issues with payment on my side with my bank not allowing overseas payments. (fraud supposedly ;P) I emailed Bonza and received an email within a few hours at most and was able to pay using a PayPal money transfer for store credit without a hitch. Today I received my order, 15 days from payment and everything looks great! I felt that their customer service was excellent and I will definitely be using Bonza again.

Well, my 2 GHS Lemon Skunks sprouted yesterday and where planted last night. Both seeds cracked in less then 12 hours. Can't wait to germ the Barne's Amnesia Lemon and my 2 Blue Cheese's I ordered as well.

I write this in extreme anger and frustration. I received my order from December 23rd I believe a few days ago. Guess what? 3 seeds cracked, 1 seed white and immature. Didn't germinate. those 5 complimentary "premium" seeds? 1 out of 5 germ'd. I've grown cannabis before and used other seed banks, and I HAVE NEVER EVER experienced this kind of shit. First order of my big bang seeds. Totally smashed. Next order. You forgot some of my seeds. This order, smashed and a little white immature seed. My free "premium" seeds? More like ancient seeds with a horrible germination rate. Seriously bonza. What the fuck? I will be uploading pictures later and will be contacting your. Customer support. why can't I just get an order that's right and not complete trash or destroyed. Seriously man.

just go the tracking option and your set

Sorry bout your troubles doobie, I do hope you're able to sort this out. I feel like my order was damned near perfect, this does not sound like the same service. Yo, Bonza ​what gives?
