U guys have bin so much help im gunna give her a few days to ripen up. I hear a slow dry is what you want so after the chop its going straight into a crock pot on low of course. Should i trim before or after the slow dry??

Neither!! Trimming (And flushing to a lesser degree) is how n00bs unwittingly lose most of their potency. What you want to do is feed her til all the tips turn nice and brown and curl up. Then, either leave them on to add a nice potent kick to the bud, or carefully break off the now perfect super potent fan leaf tips and crumble them up, it's like hash but better!
