they are the only ones with a single panel that matches a 1000w. 4 a51's or 8 Hans panels will match a 1000w in yield. 3 inda gros will match 2 1000's in yield.
Prices would be much different it looks like. 1 at600 is 2300$ . 4 a51s is like 2200

But if you educated yourself, you would not have made those financial missteps. All you need do is stroll through the LED forum to see how many

Why I hate LED is been fucked one to many times buying shit lights that cost 5 times as much and do 5 times less in my grow room..
I have gave most of my 2000 dollars or leds away to friends that just grow one shitty little plant in the closet..
LED has a long way to go before I waste my money again... Yes and I know "there's a thread somewhere with someone growing awesome bud with LEDs" Good For Them !

Well I used to think less were not capable of performing like a h.i.d. so I was always skeptical. But after purchasing my first a51 led I think I'm going to grab 2 more or wait for the new unit to drop.

Plants were started under a 400 hps and you could not tell that I switched lights out

My next test which I would make a thread for is flowering them under the panel.
ill def follow that grow, cause i know you will keep it real..
ima grab that at120rw to see what it do..

^^^^^ check all my threads. Check every thread in the led section or are you too scared
its so funny how angry and negative all you hid trolls get... Spewing bullshit and hate. Do you need a hug too..

led and induction have been proven to match hid time and time again. Its not our fault you are still stuck in the 90's.

So you couldnt tell the difference between vegging under a 400 hps and your top of the line led? You do understand that plants vegged under hps will always be stretched out with shitty stems that cant support any decent bud weight dont you? And you do know that MH will produce a much shorter, thicker plant dont you? And you do know that you are comparing your top of the line led to an inferior veg light (hps)? You led guys always talk about vegging under hps, that tells me you led guys never learned how to correctly utilize a hid rig.

I think theyre reps, why else would they post this in this section? They all say the same thing, they double veg time for training, save a few bucks on power, yield less even with the extended veg and training, run cooler, are constantly changing, and cost a lot. Did I miss anything? Oh yeah, they are comporable to hps for veg and hps sucks for veg, forgot that one

I said that the quality is better and also that all lighting has pros and cons. Each grower must decide what he wants and choose based on that. I want connoisseur quality buds, I use LED for that and for keeping heat low.

I dont have a problem with led, I have a problem with led users who say led will beat hid when it wont. If I had a warehouse grow I would use led because id change my style of growing, that doesnt work for the home grower. A home grower needs the most he can get with the fewest plants in the shortest time, thats what hid is for. You can plant 4 seeds today, flip to 12-12 in 4-5 weeks and harvest a pound at the end of flower with a basic hid rig, you cant do that with led. Great, led gives an extra thc % point, it sells for the same price at 18% as it does at 19%. This is the hid section and the led guys wanna know whats up with the hid trolls, HELLO, its a hid section, led has a section so what did they expect?

After my first bad led experience, ~ 3 years ago I bought a 8 bulb Quantum Bad Bot hot5. I use a variety of Quantum + aquarium bulbs. I love what it does, but it comes at a significant replacement bulb price.

There are sufficient completed and ongoing led grows on RIU. If you take the time to look through them, your concern will be moot

Some people resist change or blindly follow, while others lead and adopt new techniques and technology. It's just the way it is. What irks me about straight up haters is that the loudest one's tend to be the one's that can't see past their blind, follow-the-pack mentality, or even realize they're doing it. Fear not my LED (or any new technology related to growing) brethren, those of us who are open to try new tech can take advantage of the newer techniques and technologies, will be in a position to leave the haters begging for scraps and niche markets. With the cost of hydro continually rising and technology improving, it's only a matter of time brothers and sisters ;) I'm not fixed or sold on LED's for across the board use in my grow but will continue trying new options for flowering (induction next). But, after using and comparing vegging against HPS/HID, LED's are hands down the best option, producing better/tighter plants, faster, and significantly reducing my cost (during the longest lights-on cycles I might add), in addition to eliminating heat hassles/costs. This, considering it with an open mind, makes perfect/logical sense. IF (that's a BIG IF) after testing and analyzing data for flowering options, it turns out that HPS would flower better, I'd consider that, LED's for veg an HPS for flowering. Again, that would make sense, looking at it with an open/logical mind, vs blindly following the pack...
