Im sure if the aliens are more advanced then us, they have plenty of drugs, maybe more drugs then us humans.

Aliens, undoubtedly, have many drugs; what exactly they use them for is another question that I dont think any human can answer.

What I wonder is what would happen if you could bring back some samples and see what they do to humans, or if you could take some of our samples and see what they do to the aliens. I'd imagine depending on their level of intelligence, it would be pretty similar to seeing different animals on drugs here on Earth

I guess its possible that we are using alien technology right now, like the newest computers and whatnot.

Its possible that the highest level of government or military is actually learning from aliens right now. Its possible that the aliens might want to teach us things.

But this is only speculation.
