I've really enjoyed the process of learning the last few weeks.
It's interesting how much more advanced and tasty my BHO is compared to my friend that's blasting some mag-lite homemade tube and not at all using any real purge. However I'm pretty sure I'm miles from the good honeycomb solid chunks of hash your all getting. Even within the constraints of not vac purging I'm still getting consistency that's closer wax and it's smells great.
I have this water pipe that has a diffuser in the bottom. It's got a really small glass nail that's already cracked from heat, and an ice catcher type taper in the tube.
I uploaded the pic below as well as on my albums and on my computer the pic is correctly rotated. So I'm sorry for the photo, my question is this.
Is this rig the problem regarding hacking up a lung when trying to do a dab. Really is a small dab compared to what I see on the Utube. We usually use ice in it but it seems like sometime the less water and no ice and it's smoother.

No its the fact thats its nit properly purged and/or winterized thats making you cough up a lung.
