one switch on, the other off (L or R) = 130 watts = 4 diodes lit
the second switch on, but the first off (L or R) = 65 watts = 2 diodes lit

Subbed up. yeah the roots will take 11-15 days to spread around good before the plant starts to grow. add 1/8 tsp of bloom and veg nutes to your next watering. this will help it allot. first water a little with plain water 1/2 cup then water with nute water till run off of 1 cup so you dont nute burn them. That light you have is a great light. Im excited to see it grow. Im currently testing diff lights to see what i want to buy bigger versions of.

So after putting both switches on individually I still can't seem to figure it out.. I'm getting three diodes with each switch individually. . ?

We recommend 30" above seedlings in 95w mode, 20"-30" above vegging plants in 95w mode, and then 20"-24" above flowering plants in 190w mod

Hey I'm not in front of my light right now and I may be reversing the two but off the top of my head if the two red switches are right in front/ closest to you:
Both off is off.
Right on left off: 65w
Left on right off: 130w
Both on: 190w

Awesome, glad to have you subbed, thanks much.
Good advice with the nutes, -I'm hesitant right now because they're still pretty small. They've got new growth and are finally noticeably growing though which is a good sign.
I think what I learned is that you can grow them much bigger in solo cups than I thought before you should transplant.
If you read earlier in the thread I got spanked for adding nutes to babies, so I've been using just plain h2o since. I don't want to be over eager with the nutes either, but they may need a little boost with their next watering which won't be until Sunday or Monday.

From their description online it seems the 190 only has 95 and 190.. Not 3 different types?

CAll then tell them you want then to email you directions for using this light. They have it they jsut forgot to put in box. Hope they didnt forget anything else.

I've got the same light as him and it's just like he said. Two switches. If the switches are closest to you right one on is 60-65W(2 diodes per cluster), turn that off and turn on the left one it's 130W(4 per cluster), both on 190W(all 6). But that's not to say he didn't change it up. Apparently there is even an XGS reportedly floating around with a single switch that used to just do 130 and 190. 95W 190 makes since if there is one switch also if turns on half of the diodes. Remember 95W is half of 190.

Yeah sorry that's super weird- when I bought mine a few months ago it had the description explaining three different wattages- looks like they changed it to two now.
