We shouldn't play world politics and pick sides like we do. Do you guys know anyone from Iran? Are the Iranian people all insurgents that should be killed upon sight, just so we can go and rebuild their infrastructure and put some McDonalds in there.. Can you say "genocide".

I'm wondering how bad the media is going to make the population hate Iranians before we go to war with them. I wonder how the Iranians feel about us? I bet they think we are the terrorists. After all, WE are the ones that invaded Afghanistan and Iraq. How many people have we killed, how many civilians, women and children have WE killed from bombing and invading them?

If I were Iran, I would be scared of the USA because we are the world bullies. We do what we want, when we want, because we are the superpower... We break international laws(UN charter) and see no repercussions for our war crimes.

Either way, I'll take that comment as an intended insult towards me. I'm not offended one bit because I follow no parties. You say thats a libertarians point of view, but I since I follow no party (because I'm free to think for myself) I say its only my personal point of view on whats going on in the world.

Rape of American taxpayer

In 2007 the United States signed an agreement with Israel to provide $30 billion dollars of military aid to be spread out over ten years starting in 2008. That comes on top of the previous ten-year aid package of $24 billion. Which came on top of the billions before that... and the billions before that... and the billions before that... etc... Which almost certainly will precede the billions after that... and the billions after that... and the billions after that, etc...

Has anyone ever wondered what's with all the largess? Maybe I'm missing something but why is the United States government such a lapdog for the state of Israel? I mean, what has Israel ever done for us to warrant all this graciousness?

You typically hear Israel described as the United States' strongest friend and ally in the Middle East. And it's the policy of the U.S. government to insure that Israel has enough military strength to defeat any combination of foes it's likely to face in the Middle East. Yet all I see is a strange relationship that raises serious concerns about how billions, perhaps hundreds of billions, of our tax dollars are being spent.

You won't find any Israeli troops fighting alongside ours in Iraq or Afghanistan. And if you went back and checked the record, you'd see that there wasn't any fighting alongside ours in Operation Desert Storm in 1991 in Kuwait either. You see, whenever our troops conduct military operations in that part of the world we need logistical support from the Arab and/or Islamic countries in the region like Saudi Arabia. Those countries typically stipulate that we can't have their support if Israel is involved in the operations. Hence, Israel is always left out of the equation. Well, what good is a friend or ally if you can never call on them for support?




These are some good questions^^^^ Why do we let them suck our nipples so much?
