Looking for patients in BC

We have assembled a team of extremely talented growers and launched Green Thumb Botanicals. We are currently building a 5000sq' state-of-the-art grow lab. Our primary focus is our patients. We are passionate about experimenting with extracts and different strains in order to help our patients fight serious illnesses and chronic pain. We need to find patients who are looking for designated growers and will provide them with the highest quality product in the strains that are most effective for their treatment. Our project is well funded and 100% purpose built to adhere to the current legislation. In some cases we would consider cash incentives for patient referrals and finder fees. Sounds quite interesting....So are you an LP? or a DG or group of DG's or LP's..

Are you a store front...or mail order...?
being" purpose built to the current legislation."..could mean more than one thing....depending on what
part of the current legislation you are looking at.
There will be lots of questions I bet....

We are going to be an online distributor to keep overhead down so we can keep our prices low for our patients. Retail storefronts carry to much overhead. We are purpose built to accommodate the best possible conditions to grow. We are thinking to the future as the legislation will eventually tighten up and accommodate larger commercial grow ops that are easier to monitor.

No comment other than the only people that would make a statement like that probably doesn't have any money to begin with I am a family man, a professional, and take great pride in my integrity as a human being. At the end of the day this is a business, if I can help a patient that helps my business with some access to funds that can be used for their well being, I see no evil in that.

kinda like get a free t.v. with every new patient, doesn't sound good at all.... marketing schemes tend to be just that ....schemes

no sure if that's the best way to go, if you pride yourself so much on your product/company it should be able to stand up for itself

all the best in your endeavours I just personally would do a pass because of the schemey part, whether your on the up and up or not

and that's my opinion. The comment about money is the root of all evil is true always will be

I respect your opinion but challenge the you see a referral fee as a gimmick. Nonetheless, we will be at Canada's first medical marijuana, industrial hemp and alternative medicine investment conference on May 7th at the vancouver convention and exhibition centre. A lab of our scale requires 1mil plus to get off the ground. If there any doubters, come see us at the conference. You may change your mind

Here's my first impressions. We are not even a week into a decision grandfathering the majority of patients to being able to continue to grow for themselves and your here asking us to support a new and improved version of the new mmpr system that most patients want nothing to do with. While I note your obvious concern for patients, as soon as you mention "how much" it costs you to get your business up and running, you lose me. You are here doing market research. You want to know what specific strains patients are using for their various ills. How can you be "serious about extracts" which are not allowed order the mmpr or the mmar and only allowed, I believe, BC.?

What kind of pricing if you are so compassionate .... Because that comment about having no money... Was low and ignorant... Of course patients are worried about there money as LP's are worried about there' s .... But unless you are selling your product for 1 to 2$ a gram then you are preaching to the wrong crowd... Peace grow strong

Friend, this place loathes LP's. Just read even a few of the top threads here. I personally wish you the best of luck in your business, but you could clearly learn a few things about positive PR and understanding your audience. An incentivized referral program on rollitup? Not a good look, at all. The medical cannabis community in BC is very tight nit, and those who post on this forum tend to be highly skeptical of those they deem, fair or not, as profiteers. You should be aware of that before you go re-enforcing that stereotype.

Also, is your referral program even legal? Lastly, do you have a web platform or location yet?

We really appreciate all the comments and feedback. Nonetheless we are SERIOUS about kicking cancer in the ass with juicing and exploring possibilities with extracts etc. To judge us before you even know us is irresponsible. I admit it was not the best idea to offer cash incentives to be designated growers for existing licenses; however, we know our time is limited. If anyone has any constructive advice please email us and we would love to connect. If you are just out to troll and want to witch hunt, go somewhere else. We are serious and want to help. M

Hi GrowRock, didn't mean to come across as rude. It is simply a fact that people with money never refer to it as the root of all evil. I believe we will be offering our patients strains from 4/gm.

YOU"RE NOT DOING ANYTHIG DIFFERENT than what patients already know.
AND you stand to learn a thing or two by what's already been done by patients healing themselves. FOR FREE by comparison!!!!
Ingesting oil kills cancer.
Juicing doesn't does shit by comparison and you should already now that.
You just proved your point that you would be wasting time on things that don't matter much to cancer patients. Jucing can help for JA and other illnesses.
Spain already has it leaps and bounds over the rest of the world with research.
