Isn't food stamps essentially the same, except with a "progressive" tax system the top pay in more, instead of the people that are just ahead of minimum wage to begin?

Minimum wage isn't supposed to be livable, its not livable here even in this socialist paradise. Its an entry level wage, should people choose to remain in that job then I don't understand why they're automatically entitled to more money simply because of a lack of personal advancement on their part.

As I asked before, if people choose to remain in a minimum wage job for an extended period of time, should they be entitled to automatic and above inflation increases as a reward for their lack of personal advancement?
