So happy to be back....been a rough week....we should have lots to catch up on. Last I heard, Conroy was on the news wondering if HC was going to be filing their appeal or not. They had 10 days from the injunction decision date to file notice of appeal... I have been trying to find out I for but so fat nothing.

Great to be back! I think HC has already filed the notice to appeal and are waiting for a date. The notice is on Conroy's site. The reasons listed are a stretch to say the least. I wrote my MP and asked how he could justify spending tax dollars fighting the poor and sick in order to benefit a multi-billion $, for-profit model.

yes it is good to be back looking forward to the 420 rally in Edmonton on the 20th I will be wearing a roll-it up badge on my chest so if any of you are there stop me and we can talk and smoke a fatty I hope any other members wear one as well so we can identify each other this would be good for any other rallies around the country as well. we need to all stick together yes this includes LP's and LP wanna be's there is room for all. I think our so called government knows they are going to have to legalize it so set up these LP's to cover it when they say the courts made us do it maybe this is why they had so many mistakes in their new system they want to lose then they can say to the people that are against it that they had no choice the courts made them do it.

it is all done with words and legally they cant deny you your medicine, but were does it say in the constitution, that's you can grow it for your selves? it don't and that's not a good thing for patients. I think they need to just grandfather you all in and that's it. make ya all test your gear and home fire inspections.

ummm....for future reference, in Canada we have a Charter of Rights....the USA has a constitution....lets keep ourselves separate from our neighbors to the south....;)))

Let me guess that forum was Cannabis Culture? That place sure fell to shit once Emery got locked up.

Would sure be nice to get the "like" button back here, I miss that thing lol.
