Fresh trims is somewhat like Charas and make amazing hash but for are available for a very short time, cured trims are also amazing and last all year long. In between will give lower quality resin same as flowers, we all like them cured to perfection.Hey hash heads, it been a while.
I'm sure this has been covered already, and I do remember reading some on the subject but since I'm harvesting now I though it couldn't hurt to ask.
I'm wondering what the consensus is on using fresh trims/bud vs. dry trims/bud? Iv always ran it dry but am considering running some fresh tonight.

Most certainly the dry trims will give more but it will never be by much.
3 months minimum like the flowers to get a full polymerization of the terpenes

Where I am from it is the stuff of legends, we all try to make it to the Himalayas at least once a lifetime. And those of us who are wise make a good Israeli friend or two in the valley hehehehe... It has been many years, I hope it is still the same!

25 years is a long time, perhaps it is time for a visit. Mohican, the best charas is rubbed off live plants by highly skilled ladies, it is just the trichome taken off by the most gentle touch. It took a day for two ladies to make a tola of ten grams of high grade cream... I tried, all I could manage was even lower grad than the one made by the kids 
Not only by highly skilled Ladies, men and kids can make some awesome cream, at least they did in my time. It is most certainly time to go back for a visit, you have no clue how much I miss those mountains. Love of my life.Frenchy I understand your total passion for hashish now
