white widow getting worse!

Hi guys,

I have two white widows, 4th week of veg. with cfl's.

One of thenm doing great but the other one have problems, i guessed that some kind of defficiency but I just upgraded to a larger pot and my soils ph is 6-7. Heat strees is also a concern but thermometer shows 30C near top leaf.

I also fimmed them a week ago.

Any advise will be appreciated. I added also my healty girls pic. She only has a small cfl burn. By the way, what about my fimming, is it ok?

Healty one also shows similar semptoms. It seems like potassium def. But i already use some organic fert. Please help.

could it be a pH nutrient lockout problem?

Are you feeding her something? What would I try is flushing it with rain water or any ph regulated water with 1/4 or 1/6 strenght nutes. I think i experienced same problem like you, but worser, and in 3 weeks after flushing she grew huge outdoors.

hey groove! congratulations on getting your grow on! i see two girls that aren't happy--how often are you watering them? and as legalizeitye asked--what are you feeding her, if anything? what soil are you using?

one thing i forgot is.. when i sart a grow i use 3 pots each time i move post i forgot the soil had food in it but i feed them anyways then i ended up with issues poping up left an right. i think you have the same issue brother. just remember everything you re-pop them the soil has feed in it.. so i dont end them till 5 weeks into flowering by this time the soil has no food in it.

okay i see too much water. they are drooping bad. also seeing nute tip burn wither soil is too hot or you are feeding them too much veg nutes. also im seeing a cal/mag def starting. so do this
1. give them longer between watering.
2. stop feeding them veg nutes for a week.
3. use cal/mag (epsom salt or molasses) next watering.

I had same problem when i used organic fertilizer (general organics biothrive) with the nutes uptake problem, no matter how i PHd the water. I tried 3 grows using organic in soil (promix, perlite) and couldnt seem to keep em healthy for more than a month.
I switched to advanced nutrients PH perfect and havent had a problem since.

Flush your plants out. let the soil dry completely (make sure theres lots and lots of drain holes), then just give it 1/4 strength veg nutes and see how it goes.
Try not to transplant so often. Try fabric grocery bags instead of plastic pots too. they dry out twice as fast, which means you can water more often, more O2 to the roots, bigger roots, more bud. Careful with the CalMag its powerful stuff. you should NOT need it if you use tap water for watering. Also the nutrients include cal and mag.

Oh yeah, over the last couple years of growing, I have noticed the very easy way to tall the difference between and nutrient DEFICIENCY or OVERDOSE. A plant with TOO MUCH nutrients will leach nutrients out the fan leaves, leaving a shiny crystally shimmer on the leaves. It is nutrient salt buildup, which the fan leaves help to leach out the plant. A deficient plant will not have these salts built up on the leaves.

Also the good thing is the plants are still vegging, so you can grow them out of their problem before flowering

Yes if he is using cfl im sure he is high restricted so he will have to do some super cropping and mainlining maybe.

dont flush but let 1-2 cups drain out for 2 gallon pot so 1 cup per gallon. also add 1/2 to 1 cup at a time let it soak in then add another.

I will do that when its dried. It's still a little bit wet but girls are much more healtier than before.

Its finally dried and I did flush as u guys told me with 6.3-6.4ph water. No nutes. Pics are before flush. New leafes shows nute deficiency but first things first. If there is no change I'll add nutes half strength first.

Still looks like burn not def. Just keep watering without feeding until your leaves normal out, almost looks like you have nitrogen toxicity and possibly soil is too hot.
