Robitussin Agent Lemon Extraction

Okay so I finally got off my ass and bought 10 bottles of robo DM, naptha, and a whole gallon of ammonia. I have all the necassary supplies and heres what I've got so far:

1) Pour robo and equivilent amount of ammonia in a gallon ziplock bag.
2) shake n wait to see layers
3) Let out bottom layer with a snip of the corner of the bag
4) add 1 - 2 inches of naptha into the mixture
5) shake again and wait to layer
6) let out bottom layer again
7) heat up the liquiduntil dxm water evaporates leaving dxm freebase?

I'm pretty much guessing the above method is completely wrong, can anyone help by correcting it? The tek is straight forward, I'm just out of it today, and very stoned lol just help me please I've been waiting awhile to do this:wall:

Not something I tried before but be careful with those ziploc bags of solvents while stoned will ya bro :D

When I tried hurrying my extractions up I ended up with a table too full of stuff to get good work out of my time, I say play it careful, slow down.

I don`t like that smiley banging his head on the wall to go with this, not the spirit!

Aim for Safety & Success... :)

Well that was good advice, I thought the one post on this was going to be something negative telling me how stupid dxm is.. Do those people really not understand that that happens once on EVERY dxm post ever.. Its so annoying lol

Anyways, WHERE THE FUCK IS ZIPPO LIGHTER FLUID??!!?!? When I posted this it was before I left to go get all my stuff. I have gotten 10 bottles of tussin DM, a bottle of citrus juice, a gallon of ammonia and NO naptha, I went to dollar tree, qt, walgreens, wal mart, target, AND EVEN HOME DEPOT and NONE of them had zippo fluid(Home depot was just out of stock) but jesus christ man.. Now I gotta wait yet another day, I dont feel like doing anymore running around tonight, too baked, Id pass out at the wheel lol :D

Maybe I need spirit to get this done :3 maybe your right after all lol but does that method look right though, I just mean theoretically would it work? I might have the process ass backwrds thats why I asked, I will just read the tek again

Is there any way can get this done WITHOUT naptha? I think citrus destroys the guafinessin somehow, maybe just mix and let it sit? lol I have NO idea waht to do and I wanna get this done tonight.. :(

You can get vm&p naphtha at any hardware store. Solvent section with paint thinners...
Also, most grocery stores should have naphtha as lighter fluid, Ronsonol brand is popular.

Could you give me a run down on how your extraction went please. Ive been trying to research it on and off for 4 years. During high school i chugged it like nothing, but i feel it really messes up my stomach. Ive tried to extract it a few times but mine is always foamy!!

we used a paint shaker(friend worked at sherwin williams) and a 2liter bottle...seperatory funnel is needed for saftey,and go to a cigar shop for lighter fluid,or,coleman fluid can be found..hope this helps.

what did yours smell like ? mine kinda has a robo smell

it was a crystaline powder with no odor that i can remember(i cant remember much).perhaps antique white in color?

The only extraction I ever did right with DXM was the delsym/water extraction. That was very bizzarre. Took a full 24 hours to kick in a couple times. That led to some eventful public intoxication. I'm not even sure if that makes sense scientifically.. But that's what happened. Multiple times.

The naptha/ammonia teks I have read seem like they'd work if I did them now, not being a DXM junkie..
Stomaching that shit is hard.. I can't do it now, every now and then I will drink a bottle while I'm drunk, everyone else did it. Haha

I'm sure it'd smell of robo and naptha. And if done right should be a white crystaline powder, maybe off yellow a bit. Or possibly red since it's cough medicine

I agree, I think it was something around $4.50 per gram on SR. And that's a little more than 3 bottles of robitussin

Might be best advice.. but if you paid attention in chemistry its simple! I did it last week just to see if i could. Best robo i've ever done no sick stomach, no shits, and better afterglow(didnt last as long)
