Candy Cane+Lowflyer side by side grow Area 51 LED and 250W CFL

Hey rollupers!
Beast back again with some new pics of the girls!
They seem to be doing not bad and getting really short and bushy, just the way i like em to be!
Lowflyer on her 25th day Candy Cane on her 28th day!
This one is the lowflyer under Area 51 rw75! It germs 3days after the candy cane, but seems to be out pacing the candy cane!





And then this one is the Candy Cane!

How do you think they are doing?
Is this speed normal or slow considering they are almost 1 month old?
They been growing very fast lately!

Finally someone else on here who is getting them to bush out! You are gonna be rewarded in the end for sure my friend. Those things are gonna be growing at a amazing pace from here on out. I am almost just excited following this one then my own current grow. That area 51 is really making all the difference imo to have the dwarf out pacing the candy c like that. I would put money on it that if you had the lights reversed, candy cane under area 51 and vice versa, the candy cane would be significantly larger than the dlf. Maybe something to try on a future grow. Keep it up your putting in some great work so far! I can't remember, are you counting the days from seed or sprout?

Just noticed the white pistils in the second pic of the candy cane. That slipped by me the first time I looked at it. Do you have the day that it started showing sex logged?

I too noted the white hair and I hope its a sigh that these 2 are indeed ladies. I asked cropking and they say their autos have a 90% female garuntee. Would be lame if i bump into the 10% haha!

They will have a 100% female rate being they are feminized autoflowering seeds. Those white pistils you see is your girl showing you her goods! They will be 100% female everytime. Although they could be hermied from stress. Wouldnt worry about that though everything looks great with them. I think the representative got confused and meant they had a 90% germination rate. You will get a guaranteed girl every time with the autos due to the fact they need no light change to trigger the flowering cycle like a photo period would. It would be to much of a risk to have male genes in an autoflower due to their rapid turn around so they feminize them to ensure they due not produce pollen and mess up your entire crop!

alright that might be it! However i ve been reading some seed bank provides feminized seeds but only have 70% chance of em being female thats why i asked them in the first place

and those are the seed banks we want to stay away from. I just placed an order from one called mjseedscanada and they got here in 5 days. They have an awesome selection. Especially when compared to CKS. Check them out when you get a chance. I havent sprouted anything yet but will keep you posted when I do.

Here you go.

The first one to show flowers was on day 17 and the last on day 21.

I harvested on different days to see which effect I would like the best from this strain.

Harvest took places between days 51 and day 65 from sprout. The taste wasn't nearly as good on the first 1st plant I harvested. Chopped a bit early and the taste suffered.There were no amber triches yet but all were cloudy. The best tasting and better high were on the plants I let develop amber triches. But don't them get more than 50% amber as it degrades the thc. I would suggest watching the triches with your loupe or scope and wait til you start seeing a few amber triches then chop for this strain. Much better taste and high.

I agree very strongly with skidsteer. Would have put the larger yielder, being the candy cane, under the area 51 and you would have gotten so much more of a final yield than what your gonna end up with by keeping the dwarf under there. Why not switch them out now and you will get a heavier final yield than what your gonna have with your current configuration. Just a suggestion.

I have to go for a business trip at nid june, i m not sure if i can finish em, also a reason why i asked skid, cuz i was figuring out if i could finish this grow. If not both at least the flyer. Oh well just to be safe :/

that white pistil is your first sign of flower! Im sure skid is counting from first signs of pistil.
