All the sudden my other account was banned :-\ , won't let me even check why on that one. I understand if your not supposed to have 2 accounts but this one would have been gone as I used my new email and everything to sync up with my facebook and shit. Uncle Buck missed his calling. I think he could be a fantastic litigator. I wouldn't want to debate him on an issue unless I was very well prepared.
I think he raises the bar intellectually by insisting that people back their argument: knowledge > opinions.

Nothing he does lends itself to a court room. A judge would have him arrested. You don't speak to the other party.

He may have been a great litigator, but nothing I've seen from him, outside of tenacity, and intelligence would lend it's self to arguing in front of a judge.

His antics here would seem to serve well in an Oxford style debate.

Different venues. Tenacity, intelligence and drive are good qualities for certain occupations. My uncle is a desk jockey; conveyances. Every practise needs Buck's type because most aren't suited to litigate.

This sub-forum has a lot of spewers. I appreciate him being here. If no one called people on certain things this sub-forum would completely devolve and become point-less and self-serving. If people want something like stormfront they should leave. Why shouldn't we have certain standards? Buck is making a valuable contribution in my opinion.
