Besides the fact the governor signs a bill to allow the possession and use of CBD oil for only children with epilepsy, but makes the families try to figure out how to get it because he won't allow the production of it in state. And risk prosecution for transporting it across state lines that don't allow anything still.

hmmmmm sounds like my state. They let the clock run out on second vote. Tax stamps here nearly the same time frame too.
