BEEN THERE! hahahaha
I had to change my lifestyle quite a bit. I decided, I like eating shitty food when I'm high. I like the ice cream and cookies, and fast food - it's flippidy dippity delicious!
So, I just started exercising. Exercising high!
Stoner Boot Camp:
1. Get real high
2. Do whatever you want to, as long as it involves sweating for more than 1 hour.
Activities such as:
- hiking, walking, swinging (on swingsets), sex, swinging (with other people), yoga, jogging, lifting weights, running, soccer, ultimate frisbee, whatever!!!!!
And if you have a chance to get a gym membership - ZUMBA is the funnest thing of life!
Sure, healthy food choices are always a good idea. Both for how you feel - and your innards. But if you can't control the cravings - just burn the calories!
