3 POUND GOAL (48 OZ) OR GREATER - 4 PLANTS ONE, 1000 WATT HPS SCROG

im starting this new thread cause i cant edit my old ones lol. here are all the pics from the grow up until now. The plants u see in flower are just the testing run so i can isolate another Purple OG phenotype to get ready for the 48 OZ push. i know it may sounds crazy to some but in a previous set up i routinely pulled 40 OZ per light without SCROG, there was just a net that hung 3-4ft high that the plants just grew up through. running true SCROG i see no reason with the right genetics and plants, this set up could do 48+ OZ every 12 weeks roughly. these current plants im flowering i expect to get somewhere in around the 24-30 OZ neighborhood but id be happy with anything above 20 this time. the small seedlings and clones you see are for to real crop. 2 new POG seed; so technically im not done isolating phenos yet but the next generation will all be the 1 or 2 phenos i like best out of the 3 POG. the 2 Bubblicious clones that are there are from the same pheno (i only selected one Bubblicious pheno, out of 20 different bubblicious phenos, after i grew out each of the 20 seeds then cloned each of them to see which ones were most stable)

Heres a re-post a little about my setup

My genetics are in the title theres 1 POG and 4 Bub
1000W HPS on a track moving 3ft
screen is 4'X8' (i try to use up a 4'X7' area out of it)
veg time was 8 almost 9 weeks (POG maybe 6 weeks)
recently switched nutes from FloraNova to GenHydro Flora
12/12 began 6/14
its my first time with the POG but I have done the Bub a few times. The Bub stretches a whole lot but it does not look like the POG (on left) is stretching at all.

These are all the girls today, 9 days into flower. i stopped training at 7 days from the flip
POG Looks beautiful, the stems are so thick and strong in this particular pheno its very hard to scrog without snapping branches

Everything seems to be going exceptionally well for a summer grow so far..... knock on wood no signs of spider mites (which are public enemy number 1 in my room once summer comes). the only concern i have is that my bubblicious may be stretching a bit to much, the tallest branches are about 6" above the net, and the stretch should be over within 4 or 5 days

im stumped here as my canopy temps are constantly monitored and runs mostly between 75-77 sometimes it hits 78 79 on a hot day

everything seems so thick, its hard to picture in my head how all of these shoots will grow together, i tried to count one night and theres roughly 75-100 on each of the 3 large plants. 300 shoots in the area?! its gonna get crazy real quick lol

my temperature runs 65-68 once the lights go out, then room temp runs about 73 74 a little cooler than the canopy with lots of circulation. im completely stumped as well because my last run of bubblicious had this exact same tip burn at the same time as this grow, right in the pre-flower stage first 1-2 weeks of 12/12. then it stops and doesn't really hurt anything. it just makes the buds look a little less appealing until i trim the tips off. however i dont want them there in the first place! and yes this is my first SCROG and the last time i grew the bub she stretched like a mofo, right now her flowers are set in pretty good so i cant imagine they will stretch too much more. i havent seen nearly as much growth the past few days and today i havent noticed any new growth. ill post some pics off it all along with a close up of a shoot to see the burn and maybe a pic of the bubblicious i harvested last time that ive been smoking on. i got real luck in finding a pheno i liked (it only took me 20 different seeds lol), it must cure at least 2 weeks at a minimum to get that wonderful bubblegum smell but its well worth the wait as IMO that bubble gum tasty goodness is the cats pajamas, flavor and aroma are just as important as potency in my book!
