I would tent to agree with this, but it's all subjective. I have nothing to back it up, however the greenhouse plants seem to have weathered the transplant better. we'll see...
I have always had shadecloth (cream) about ten feet above my plant each year... prob dont need it but im not gonna fix something that aint broke

I am sure somewhere someone has done studies on the subject.. was just curious if you had noticed any difference. Thank you for responding.

I still consider my greatest victory from Vietnam was NOT returning home a junkie....but I found May Jane & she saved my life.....many times.
I couldn't get high out in the field, just couldn't.....but smoked like a freight train in base camp....it was quazi tolerated...Heroin & pot were everywhere.....
How many tours did you do

Interesting topic here. The 2 plants I call the dynamic duo are protected with light shade a good part of the day. After first planting them I had intentions of trimming back some branches on a tree they are by but noticing that they were keeping up in growth with the others I left the branches. As you can see their growth was not impeded to terribly bad by it.

There once was a GI frantically digging a hole at a Vietnam firebase one night. When approached and asked why he was so desperately digging, he replied with some anger, "you've never been over-run...have you!? (as he continued digging) "..."well I have & In this very @@#@# spot!" I was with the Marines...we got over run...everybody was shootin everybody...couldn't tell who was who...I never want to go thru that ##@# again! So I couldn't get a job when I got out...needed a job...so I joined the Army; knowing the army wouldn't send me back to this place...and what happens?! They send me back to this very same spot that we got over-run when I was a marine!"The moral of this incident, is this: sometimes a man volunteered for an extra tour of duty in Vietnam and didn't even know he did.

I put those volunteers in a couple catagories correct me if im wrong jj...... 1.those that serve out of loyalty and patriotism for thier country wether they believe its right or wrong....2.those that dont handle going back to "reality" and feel more at home on the battlefield...3.those that get the sniff of war and actually thrive in it....4.those that feel they are better equipped to do a second tour etc after learning in 6 months what it takes a decade to learn in civilian life.Hope I dont offend you with my way of thinking jj......KTGHG........keep the green house green !
