Homemade electric scissors

Hey, just thought I would show you my electric scissors. They are still a work in progress as you will see they stop in the video. I used some flimsy plastic to make the wheel and pin so I need to get something thicker. Up to now they have cost about £15.

holy shit guy

for your own safety u need to take those apart and never put back together ...............your design is way off u can lose a finger with that design

if u can design your blades like those u will be fine .............i own one from what i can tell it is eletric knife with steel formed blades

it will not cut skin and the slots are small so only leaves will fit in ................your thing reminds me of something that would be used to cut off balls on a bull or take tip of a dick off

not bashing your work man u did more then i could .........but the sheer fact u can lose a finger trimming your stuff odds are sooner or later something will slip /u are to stoned because trimming sucks (3 to 6 hours per plant)


if u like i can take the blades apart ............take a few photos for u to see the design ( i have the wet cut blades and the dry trim ones )

The blades are not sharp, and the metal is pretty thick so my fingers are safe. The blades rub together and thats what cuts the leaves, I could make some kind of guard if I needed to but I don't think it's required. I offset the pin too much so the top blade goes way past the bottom blades but I will fix that. I was trying to copy the bonsai hero scissors. I'm due to harvest in a week maybe so I need to get them finished.

well here is a quick fix for u ..............get a comb and attach it to the bottom of the front part (that U shaped thing) this will keep the bud out of the way but allow the leaf to be removed ...............not sure if u should use the fine teeth or course teeth part that is up to u

if u make it with a bracket or something that holds it in there and keeps pressure on to keep tight to it and keep it from slipping backwards u could change it out when u need ..............keep the course one for wet trim (fan leaves and all) and the fine one for the trim before jarring up

has any one ever tried some electric sheep shears...they look like they could work good on the manicure stage
