NL x Big Bud. Is this normal?

Does this look normal for this strain or is it a runt? This was a free seed from Herbies..The last NL Auto I grew was 3 times larger than this at same age. She is about 1 month old. She took forever to dwarf.jpg veg and now she is beginning to flower. I'm pretty confident with my technique so I am guessing it's just genetics.

3 gallon pot-18hrs light- 150 w hps - Fox Farms Ocean Forest - filtered water - Floranova Nutes..

Doesn't look normal for that strain. I got two on my last order from Herbie, one was normal for an auto, but my current one vegged for 2 months and is just now finally flowering. It's nice and all but it's clogging up my tent. I'm in 5 gals though. I'm expecting another 45-60 days minimum.

What a difference 2 weeks makes. She finally grew some legs. If I had known these seeds would grow small plants I may have just filled my tent with them. I could probably fit 8 of these in 2 gal pots and it'd fill my space nicely. I'm hoping this bud turns out skunky. I have heard these plants really stink in the final weeks.

I have 4 nl x bb in pots now, about 1 mo. old - 2 are very tall 2 are short, same size pots
same feeding. I am presuming they are just 2 pheno's all are very healthy and happy.
I'm looking forward to harvest, this is the first time for this strain.

it took after the NL it looks like they have a longer flower time it will bulk up ALOT more
looks like you are a bit too aggressive with your feed's
first pic shows slight tip burn and the last one is a bit more progressed

Yes, I wasn't sure if it was nute burn or light burn. I was frustrated with her early growth so I over did it. She looks good right now. What's weird is there are no visible trichomes yet. Lots of pistils.

NL's wont show until later and they really do take their time in flower
Sometimes the hardest thing to do is nothing.

agreed
most of the problem was probably overwatering young
and the grow bags are hard to use on auto's in my opinion since its good habit to water around the outside edge of the pot to promote root development in early veg and since these pots prune around the edge i feel they are counter productive unless you top water and then put some in a tray as well

hard to say from a pic but from my experience its a low/acidic ph that does it
never had one too high/base that i know of but im sure to high a ph would do it as well some of it is overwatering which manually locks out nutes
mine always drops around the second month when using commercial soil i guess the lime gives out
i just top dress some lime when i see ph issues and continue with the grow

when ph acts up it shows as a cal mag def at first
when i start to see signs of a mag def i top dress lime
since the calcium helps the mag intake thats why cal and mag are in the same bottle usually they go hand in hand low calcium locks the mag out

i just checked a chart out to verify and low PH is what locks out calcium
i guess ive never had one get high on me
its usually all the wood pulp and chips used in the soil blends that makes it acidic after it breaks down some

I was going to say that you should also be careful with using an airpot and letting it get very dry because you can unintentionally overprune the roots and end up with like a quart or two of moist useable dirt ffor the roots. Try to water in a spiral from the outside -> in. It should also get another several inches on each branch tip with a cola. Initial pistil growth isnt the end of the plant's height by any means.
