My buddy opened a brick and mortar, last year, just for elite cuttings and such (not a dispensary). He's had up to 6 legit cbd strains at-once available. Networking and sharing with ppl from around the world! the legendary cutting-only strains may b 40-50$, but he makes ALL the cbd strains avail. for only 15.

Nice, would be great to have something like that available here, we're still way behind from a legal perspective in Canada. Very restrictive med/growing laws. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the federal Liberal party here gets in next election (late 2015). They've already started positioning legalization as an election platform. If they actually have the balls to do it, things may change, otherwise we're either legal and very restricted, or like myself, flying under the radar.
