Yeah, season's over there for sure He mentioned taking them in and -1c, maybe he's cleared the deck and puts them out during the day - lolLol I hope not, Calgary got like 30cm of snow in the last three days
Same here a few hours of hard rain last night, good wind today though, dried everything up well. Those cold nights coming up are what we need to get these things flowering faster, not a bad thing. As long as we don't get frost for 3-4 weeks we should be good to goIt dropped from 23 to 17 overnight here. Tomorrow is supposed to be about 8. I too have at least a month left before this girl is ready. Shed insulates her a bit. Rained like you wouldn't believe last night. I could see the branches start to droop. I need till the end of October.
Does cooler weather speeds up harvest time? That would be nice. In should put a couple of small ones outside. Could always finish them indoors.Same here a few hours of hard rain last night, good wind today though, dried everything up well. I am also trying DWC. Just one plant to see if i can manage. And to see if I find any difference.love this thread.have grown outdoor and indoor. trying dwc.lots to learn and 4 me a big part of the fun.
I've found in this area over the years they don't take off until we get a few cool nights. It's like they think, shit, season's over, better get on with it - lol. Watch them fatten up over the next couple of weeks. The warm days, cool nights work best to finish them off.Does cooler weather speeds up harvest time? That would be nice. No snow here... YetDamn, don't like the sound of those temps, you Calgary? Poor bastards have been dealing with snow out there already. I need another 3-4 weeks for my girls, may end up finishing them in the garage if they're not ready when the frosts hit...
Yeah I was saved by the rain a few times myself, now it's becoming a little bit much but easy on the arms and back haha.I sure hope you're right GroErr. It's coming down to the wire for those of us with plants outdoors. Has anyone tried greenthumbs iranian autoflower outdoors? That's supposed to be another early finisher. I might give it a try. Anybody got any experience with it outdoors in Canada? Those periodic rains though, when they came it saved my plants several times. I used water crystals but there were times and events that just prevented me from getting outside to them so thank the universe for that rain eh! But here's hoping it doesn't rain to many times from now til the end of the month. Knock on wood.
Hoping that's the case, I have 3 going outdoor and they're definitely behind but I noticed this week they're finally taking that flowering shape and the colas are starting to fill in nicely. I've talked to a few outdoor growers offline and have heard it mentioned in posts here, Ontario's weather patterns this summer has turned it into a late flowering season, everyone's complaining about the maturity/flowering being slow/behind. I've been at it on/off for close to 30 years, no matter what weather pattern, they tend to finish by 1st week of October so I have faith that they'll catch up. my back-up plan is to flower them in my garbage if needed. Have never run autos indoor or outdoor, can't comment on that one. And yeah, a drier than normal September would be niceI sure hope you're right GroErr. Yeah, hoping it spreads out though, we had a ton of rain the other night, if it's followed by a windy day like we had it's fine, it's when it rains a lot and we have little wind when mould becomes an issue, let's hope we get some balance for the last 3-4 weeks!1;KLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPP[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[P .,L,./;'./;.//OIII I “This case is extremely significant and Mr. Thomson’s victory is a victory for common sense and freedom for all Canadians,” the CSSA said in a statement.O OO
