funny how the cops when they bust a huge amount of weed they cost it at a street price per gram... no matter the total amount ...like really ehI read someone saying there was so much variety around. AA was selling for 1600. Outdoor half that.
what's that... a buck seventy five a gram? and that's black market.
LP's can profit at 1/50th that. Maybe less.
Yep it's funny....you don't hear it too often anymore, but not so long ago they would state how many joints it would equate to...bahahahahafunny how the cops when they bust a huge amount of weed they cost it at a street price per gram... no matter the total amount ...like really eh
This is what makes it so ridiculous, all expenses/capital depreciation in, it costs me $1.00 gram to grow it, in small scale. I could probably shave another 20% off that going larger scale. There's no need for it to be anywhere above $3.00/gram.I'd like to see it around 3-5..I mean I did the Math before I set my daily limit..I should probably have two a day or so..one for night time to help my insomnia..and one throughout the day for anxiety and depression. I couldn't afford upwards of 600$ a month so I have one a day. I know that's super low but there was no point in asking for more because I simply can't afford it. I can barely afford what I have now.
Right now it's 224$ before taxes..which will put me around 250 ish plus 17.50 for shipping..that's two phone bills..that's with green crack and master kush at 8$/g being the best strains to treat me.
Why aren't the Compassion Centres charging $3 then, especially the non profit clubs? This is what makes it so ridiculous, all expenses/capital depreciation in, it costs me $1.00 gram to grow it, in small scale. They set it high to see what the marker will bare. If enough people buy at $7 per gram they will leave it at that eventually but if enough of the expensive strain get bought they will leave the price high. So if everyone who is buying would settle for the $5/g strain they would have to go with that price eventually. Its in the LP's best interest for illegal weed to be high as they can say look your paying for this with out knowing whats in it why not just buy from us. I was hoping BC prices were going to stay low but not so, seems those that got into it and lost their shirt on the licenses will never get back into it and now its mostly those who grew illegally before. Prices in BC have gone to 1400-1500 and I haven't seen $1200 or less at all while not even two months ago I was getting really nice stuff for $1000 per lb.This is what makes it so ridiculous, all expenses/capital depreciation in, it costs me $1.00 gram to grow it, in small scale. Wow...that's interesting...no real changes here in sw ont. They set it high to see what the marker will bare. Well non profit just means they have to reinvest any left over profits into the non profit corp. If there's 5 directors they sure will have taking out as much as they can so there' s not much left to reinvest. Im sure there are people who would love to sell stuff at $50 per oz but at the end of the day its business. Why aren't the Compassion Centres charging $3 then, especially the non profit clubs?
Right....guess my point is, why are there expectations for LPs to sell it for $3?Well non profit just means they have to reinvest any left over profits into the non profit corp. After looking into starting my own club seems lately the gov is asking the dispensaries where they weed is coming from. I think for $3 per gram you have to grow it yourself as there' s not way to do it and be able to run the club full time if its a walk in type of club.
One guy I talked to yesterday is getting 1800 but only 4 packs at a time (I don't know the time table of how often) From what I've gathered all export now goes out Canada East and nothing is going south (California) from BC.Wow...that's interesting...no real changes here in sw ont.
I will assume the prices here will climb after the outdoor has gone...say Dec...interesting, haven't heard of any BC increases, thanks for info
Hasn't the govt been asking that for awhile now?...It's made the Ont news a few times in the past.Well non profit just means they have to reinvest any left over profits into the non profit corp.
