No actually my Euro buddies live in Spain and the Baltic States...but I heard it from Aussies too. I do have some good friends here that came from Poland.Nice people.

What you would call a normal family to is not common anymore, 50% or so of American kids have parents that divorced and in some cases divorced more than once. The whole family dynamic has changed, long gone are the days when Mom looked after the house while Dad worked, now some kids will be lucky if they can narrow down Dad's identity to a shortlist of 10 former "Uncles".
A good male role model is definitely a bonus in any kids life but not an absolute neccesity IMO, the vast majority of kids with only a Mom or a Dad even turn out just fine, my point is that it's all about the parenting and if a couple whether gay or straight can give a kid everything they need to develop into a worthy human being then I'm all for that. From what I can tell those ladies want the kid to wait a few years before committing, by anybody's parenting standards that's all they can do with a kid who's trying to force the issue by threatening self mutilation. For instance If that child had been adopted by bible thumpers who forced him to play football etc then you might have a future Jeffrey Dahmer on your hands.
I was also thinking percentages because it seems to me these cases are becoming more prevalent but if you look at kids general health across the spectrum you would see things like diabetes and certain types of cancer etc are also becoming a lot more common as is ADD and ADHD , suicide is much more common in young people than it ever was especially in young men, I, like many others here I'm sure need two hands to count the amount of young men they know who have died by suicide,anyway right or wrong I believe things like but not only food additives and pesticides etc are to our detriment having an effect on our bodies and minds, it's entirely possible these kids could likely develop a gender identity crisis later in life regardless or there could be triggers like said additives and chemicals that are causing imbalances.
Besides all anyone has to do nowadays to fuck up their kid is to give them unfettered access to the internet and the job is done.
