What size tent and fans?
How are the fans setup?
How many in and how many out?

What size light is it etc
You need to give more info for anyone to try to help.

I have a 4 inch inline and a 4 inch out 400w hps air blowing in the bottom and sucking out the top I have a light with a built in ballast bad Ideal but I don't have major cash flow but I have a 150 mm fan exhaustin the ballast and one isolated fan to move the air plus the fan blowing is fresh air and I have a peice of glass covering the light

Have u tried having the fan drawing air in inside the tent?
You would skip the air having to travel alot of ducting.

Ok so I did that. With no ducting and my temps are still 90 degrees... I live in Australia btw so it's spring here

Thats alot of the problem too.
I had a 400 inside an armoire and i couldnt get the temps down either so i switched to a 250

You might have some luck trying those freezer packs.
You know the blue ones you freeze then throw in ur cooler. Buy two put a frozen one in front of the fan in and just switch it everyday.
Or get a cooltube or bigger fans

I had the same issue, my extraction fan was only pulling in the summer air. I didn't want to sacrifice light so I ended up buying an air conditioner unit for the room. They are pricey but if you have the cash, it's really the best way. Also, if you're in flowering, it'll help keep humidity down. Sorry I didn't he any advice other than what may have been obvious, this was just the simplest option and I'm really glad I decided to invest in one.

Yea bro if your intake is blowing in 80° air youll never get the temps down with that light.. You have to down size your light or get some cool air in that tent (Air conditioner)

The hillbilly airconditioner will work.
Ive seen guys use frozen bags of veggies u name it.
Sounds crazy but worth a try

Yeah man, get a small cooler (6pack) or something similar, even a styrofoam cool. Cut a couple holes in the top to mount PC fans in. Fill it with ice and blow the breeze around. They can be made for as little as ten bucks, especially if you have any of the materials laying around. Do a quick 'diy air condition' search on YouTube, you should be able to find a decent tutorial

I just don't have the coin :(
Look around bro.. Youll be surprised who has a Ac jus layin around.. Or look into buyin a used one.. theyre half the price.. you could prolly find a 5,000 btu for 50/75$ and rig it to jus blow into ur tent.. hope this helps.. good luck
