i find it so much easier to mainline from beans when you don't have alternating nodes to start with. sometimes i just adapt to what the plant wants to do and tie it or let it go vertical. i will fit it in the room someplace.

looking good as always hyroot.
 
I followed your soil recipe because I love your results! Quick question! Do you have pot worms crawling around because you do not add lime? How do you keep ph at a higher range without some kind of lime like oyster shell?

I recently mulched all my containers and today I found a small amount of pot worms so I added crushed eggshells. Should do the trick.

sometimes theres worms if theres eggs in the vermcompost that I topdress.

Coco, compost, castings, tea's all buffer ph. With true lving organics, ph is not an issue and has no place in organics. So don't worry about it. Worms don't really eat eggshells. They sort of grind it down using it to help digest other foods.

I wasn't clear my bad. So I found a different type of worm that is white called a pot worm. It thrives in acidic conditions(not harmful) so apparently my microherd is not changing the ph. Could this be due to only having a cover crop in my pots atm and no cannabis to influence ph?

The pot worms are not harmful.They thrive in conditions that red wigglers don't like. The soil probably has some non composted material. It may be anaerobic. That's why they are there.You could change the ph by adding lime, peat, ash, and /or pulverized egg shells,, etc.... Let it dry out some what. That should get rid of the pot worms.
 
neighbor drama. My neighbor kept asking me if I could hooks her up with a bowl or 2 . Finally did. Gave her a couple.bowls for free. Next day. About an hour ago. Her husbands banging on my door threatening me and gave me back my container empty. As if I was hitting on her ugly ass. I was trying to be nice. I have higher standards than that.. I kept my composure. And even apologized. Obviously his wife lied about what happened. I've been cool with them the whole time they lived there. Since last jan. I know they smoke. I've seen them smoke on their from porch. I know its not about the pot itself. He's insecure and his wife is shady I guess.. They know I smoke. They don't know I grow. I don't need this shit. I hope they move very soon. I didn't want to do anything that would bring the cops. Ironically 20 min later I heard gun shots in the neighborhood but never heard any sirens. I live in a high end area. I know the sound of gun shots from when I used to go shooting and used to live in the ghetto. Gun shots were a daily occurrence then.

Ha, the insecure/jealous husband, met a few in my time. My GF has a young GF with a husband like that, controlling, insecure, thinks any guy would screw her, he's probably right, comes with the territory with a trophy wife, deal with it asshole. I stay well away, she's as insecure as he is, always looking for attention, fuck that, I dropped the whole ego/drama thing years ago, grow the fuck up...

problem, ever tried soaking eggshells in vinegar? my mom
was having problems with blossom end rot on her tomatoes
this past year and i told her grind some eggshell in a coffee
grinder and soak it in vinegar, that cleared it up pretty quickly.

awful kind of your neighbor to give your container back empty,
obviously it wasn't such a big deal he gave your herb back also. :dunce:

i should have amended my soil more. both 9lbs under led have cal defs. The mojos doesn't. One l.a. con under the ig has cal defs too. Granted these are all brand new strains to me. First time I've ever grown l.a. con. 5 other plants are from seed. 2 are the first gen clones from seed plants. When the recessive traits come through its like a new strain. I'm doing a compost tea next watering. My worm bin has had plenty of egg shells go through there. Plus veggie scraps and nutes and left overs from seed sprout teas.


Neighbors suck... I was friends with my other neighbor up until My moms clients wouldn't rent to him in a new spot. He called me up talking shit on my mom as if she had something to do with it. He harassed her too..his father had to step in to calm things down... I wanted to kick his ass.. People need to grow up.

I just saw my neighbor that threatened me . He was staring me down. I said hey there insecurity guy. Then he slammed his door;

just remember, what you say could come back as backlash against
her. you never know when he's secretly abusive or some other bullshit
like that. it's a lot easier to catch a fly with sugar than salt. if he figures
out you grow, it could also mean compliance checks and other shit you
don't want to have to deal with.

I'm sure he was taking it out on me. If he cause me anymore drama. I will ruin his life. I took it as his wife has cheated on him before. He thought it was happening again. if he tries to come in my place. He will be trespassing.. so.... I've dealt with cops in my garden before. They didn't care. i had all my paperwork in order. Theres really no compliance checks to deal with in Socal like in Colorado
