So I made a mung sst followed hyroot v2 of it. It foamed pouring out if bucket in literslly 5 seconds.
1st question. What do you look at to see if this seed is or better then that seed etc. I have barley mung and quinoa. Is there certain nutriotional value to look at to determine a better seed to use.
2nd question. Whats the perticular reason of doing soak for 10hrs wet towel for 10 hours and repeat with of course the rinsing. If the seeds sprout quicker do I still soak and place on towel. Can someone explain a little in detail the purpose or a good site to read so I can answer and get a better concept on ssts main purpose. Yes enzymes proteins etc but wha5s the benefits etc thanks
