Put the light on 18 hours and 6 hours off and just water it with a little nitrogen base nutrients for vegetative plants at 25-50% recommended dose for a good 4 weeks, hopefully then we can get you to transplant it into some proper soil. If your plant is in a 1gal pot for example then water it with 500ml to 1L once a week. Add nutrients every other week. I do not know how powerful the light is you have over it but I would suggest a small CFL or something just so you don't kill the thing. If you have a high powered light on it, put it like 2 feet away from the plant for now. The less you fuck with it the better off you will be. You have a lot of catching up to do on educating yourself my friend. We are here to help, but you need to listen.
What Bwg is saying is you should be patient and let the plant establish maturity and settle in before you try and flower it.. it will be much much more worth your time, as well as ours helping you lol. It can show sex without flowering it once it hits its full maturity, thus continuing the attempt to not waste your time in flowering a male. The plant at full maturity is then ready to take on "the world" you create for it so to speak.
