I gotta renew my rec on 1-14-15 and this year no state card, I found out my doctors rec is good enough. Btw all this talk about chinese lights I was gonna build a LED 3 years ago but I'm a stoner. Now I'm gonna build a small light in a few weeks after the new year. I'll still keep using my Mars II. No more HID's for me.

You should reread california state law. State law supersedes county ordinance. [This also works in your favor when you live in a county that tries to prosecute you for possession or cultivation.]

Per sb420:
You can cultivate 12 immature plants and 6 mature. You can possess up to 8 oz of dried processed flowers.

If you are not compliant with state law you are taking a risk. It is up to you to evaluate that risk but @ 99plants/6# you are violating state law and sb420

Around 6$/g. I don't ask high...I don't haggle...my donation is low as fuck for what they get to begin with...and I come potency test in hand. 2500 for 25+% flowers.... I'm happy...they are happy... everybody is "collectively" benefiting. What more can you ask for when I can walk in the door and do business like a real "everyday" business. One can take cash and be on their way...or claim it and pay taxes like a good citizen...I choose the later because treating it like a real legitimate business is the only way to really sucked over time in this game.
I walk out every time with a tentative appointment for the next batch.

As for SB420...it also allows counties and cities to up/change the limits of cultivation and possession. And it will be recognized...the system is more official everyday...more cases setting precedent as we speak.
Yes there are regulations...but stay with in them, respect them, and don't ever think your untouchable and you can do amazing things. Just an other good standing citizen producing a quality product for a market.

They were technically unconstitutional...we are either allowed to have it or not...no in-between. That is were/why the limits got "lifted"

But, because of the federal aspect...the 99 rule is what everyone goes by. But at that point the state still actually will recognize your rights...but the feds fuck you.

Oh I bought a Kill-a Watt meter and my Mars II 1600 was only 667W instead of 780w and the 1200 was 571w which was accurate not the 1600 and I paid a difference of $200 for 96w's more. Fuck it I'll build one now lol.

Be careful, TopLED's warranty has this clause:

(6) If product has problem, you spread bad words everywhere on internet, but not tell us in advance, we will not give warranty.

TopLED and MarsHydro were the same business. Recently they decided to abandon the TopLED name. The MarsHydro site doesn't have this clause. But, it's something to be aware of. At best it's an example of things you wouldn't anticipate when buying a Chinese light.

Not worried still is killing the HID lights. My room is 77 with no AC and I have healthy plants and I'm having great results. But I'm still testing and moving forward to flower then I'm gonna build from there.

I'm also a veteran, and had back surgery back in 2011, that was three years ago.. Guess what I still live with pain every single day, I still have a fucked up back with permanent nerve damage that affects my legs, back, and feet. Wow really???? Why I bitched about the accident is I was about to flower with the Chinese lights. Now I am and if you'd read more you'd see that I said I was fucking with the guys that said China made are junky lights. Bottom line the best lights are made in China (Cree).
