So, racists have no right to participate in our justice system? This witness was not the only one to lie under oath. Several black witnesses admitted that their testimony was fabricated too. 'Course, I see no outrage over that.

For the 1st question i believe that any racist should be excluded from participating on any jury , its hard not to be angry at people you cant connect with , thus leaving said juror with an agenda , no matter the color .
Blacks are just as likely to be racist as whites & anybody believing otherwise is either ignorant or foolish .
There is much i cant stomache about this case but before i think about racism i remember what started the whole incident , then i get pissed off .

Let me see if I can find it. Saw two different segments on CNN reporting on how several witnesses that testified in front of the grand jury admitted that they had not been truthful. To the point where a black female admitted that her testimony was fabricated since she did not have a line of sight until the shooting ceased.
citation needed.
Might take a bit seeing as i'm in the hospital right now after having an anterior discectomy of c5-6 and c6-7.

let us know when you find that citation. Bottom line is this should have went to trial. The prosecutor presented this case to assure that it did not.

Personally I don't want to see Wilson go down if his story is true. I'm not sold one way or the other, I wasnt there. What I want to see is more accountability for our police.
A gopro and none of this is even questioned, make that happen. Why not taze the man? (I know he didn't have one, that should also be the norm).
I understand legacy costs are eating police budgets and cameras and tazers are not as important as working equipment, but there could be some administrative cut backs surely.

Cameras. Put a fucking camera on every cop, make it law they are operational during their shifts. Same with their vehicles, 360 degree coverage.

You want to see budgets drop, than get rid of the chicks and midgets they've been hiring, over the past 20 years of political correctness insanity, and go back to only hiring men that are 6 feet plus.
NO MORE wasted money recruiting, training, and supplying females that just fail out of the academy, quit before they've got any decent level of experience, or get fired for incompetence / misconduct. CHA-CHING, MORE MONEY!

Procedure took about an hour to perform from 12-1 pm and I spent last night in the hospital. I was up and walking by about 7 pm last night, eating solid food by 9 pm and was released this morning at 8 am. Couldn't believe how fast it all happened.
The numbness and pain associated with my pinched nerves was gone by the time I awoke from anesthesia. My neck and upper back muscles are pretty sore from them going in through my throat and the pposition they had me in for the procedure but I wwent in rating my pain @ 7/10 and am between 1-2/10 now, all just soreness.
Limited to carrying <10 lbs for about 2 weeks, then as tolerated.
Thank you all for the well-wishes. Searching for that citation.

Guy you just wasting your time looking. I'm not sure what happened, but I can see that this prosecutor put up a BS grand jury hearing and in fairness to our justice system we should ALL be outraged. There should never be a rule for cops and a rule for "joe blow". Shit might come back and bite you in the ass.
