That douchebag is Vojislav Seselj, leader of the Serb paramilitary. He's a racist without question and I suspect was directly responsible for some of the uglier atrocities. He's currently awaiting verdict in the Hague.
It would appear his time in prisons during the 80s fucked his head up. The irony there is he was a staunch Anti-Commie, and wanted to see the single-party system dissolved.
Yet, what did he do? He fought for a "Serbian" system. If that isn't a sign of his mental illness, then it's a sign of his hypocrisy.
Listening to all these BBC interviews with him in the 90s, it is evident the wheels weren't turning smoothly in his head.

It's the US that destroyed those Mosques, bridges, Churches, hospitals etc...with air strikes

Dude that pic.is awesome & its gonna be on my wall soon , we look for colorfull off the wall images then have kinkos blow them up to poster size or larger , then take the print to the frame shop & have it mounted in nice frames .

That pic is gonna get blown up into a 3ft x 5ft print & is gonna be the new center piece on my music rooms main wall .

Tesla was a good guy.
US destroyed mosques? That's the kind of "perspective" problem I alluded to in the OP. Bosnian Croats blew up the Stari Most, and I didn't see much respect from the Serbs launching artillery into the Muslim areas, either. It's safe to say all sides had no intent for historical preservation in the heat of battles.
