well if u get a good lawyer i think he'd he able to convince the judge that how they weighed the pen and cartridges is absolute corrupt bullshit, thats like if you smuggled drugs in your gas tank and they weighed the gas tank, fucking stupid. you should win in court though

hired a good one ..........17 years in lawyer and partner in the firm .....he only asked for 5k instead of his normal 40/50k rate for this charge because it was a vape pen and that is new area to get name in the books for helping make law

i plan to leave here as soon as i can hoping my skills with the plant will get me a job in a shop or just the grow area ........i wanted to open a shop in maryland i had investors and everything .......the best part is my rep for being honest and having killer shit ........so a shop in this area would do great once it is known it was me

Today the 19th

i woke up at 4 am got ready drugged my self on the pills took 1 hour 30 mins to get down there sat in the parking lot for almost a hour took another one of my pills

i am not feeling crap now no freak outs no anything ........head in to court meet my lawyer he tells me that the DA is sick so this is just a in out thing gte it moved back to jan19th now

the rehab lady did me a huge huge solid and sent a report to him and talked with for a while she even saids i should be allowed to smoke for medical reason

between that what i told him he is getting acccess to my records and is going to try that as a defence

he s going to talk to the DA once he gets all my records and takes the vape pen i brought down to is drug person (they are going to break it down and weigh everything to counter the states 33 grams charge )

so maybe hope thanks to the rehab lady report ..........it was marked on thre she was impressed with mu openness and willing to answer the ?s with out any pauses or ummm awls stalling for time ........so guessing the fact i have no shame in my game and blunt honest help

i said i keep u posted here it is ..............now i am going to let the pills win and sleep for 2 days

One more thing; make damned sure your lawyer is not up to his ears in the MMJ business wherever you are; it's common knowledge that here in Colorado your lawyer will throw your case under the bus to get a better deal on a totally different case- as long as that client paid him/can pay him more than you did.

all good this case he gets to have his name attached to the law book permittly for it being one of the first vape cases in maryland this is the first one in the state capital and they ahve already messed up by changnig me the whole weight of the pen and losing the oil

if u have ever messed with this stuff the sec u pull that littlle stopper at top a huge bubble of the oil go away into chamber below if they do not put the cap back on with in a few mins all that oil leaks out the bottom

i think i got my x-mas gift from the universe they destoried all the oil

it is why they are weighting the whole pen and everything as Oil ............when i bring it up in court they will have nothing

since the oil can not be retested by us they can not use it .............and the big thing is if they test for THC or cannabinoids if it is cannabinoids i can claim yes it is oil CBD oil 100% legal

they have nothing to retest for THC ........so it will be become CBD oil case dismissed

i have court tomorrow for another status meeting 2nd one but this will be the first one the DA is at
the first one he was home sick with his sick kids (looks like he staied out the whole week ) so he had 3 weeks off with the holidays and now he is all backed up in the work

my lawyer has all the info he needs i linked him to Ovape makers page so he could get the extact info from the makers so no one can dispute the facts or misunderstand them

yes they did use up all the oil in the field .........they have nothing to charge with ..second good news is the OIL is not OIL it is ejuice only about 33% of what is in ovape is oil the rest is PG so that alters what it is ........for them to claim it is OIL it needs to be atleast 51% oil

he is trying to touch base with the DA before court tomorrow ...........tomorrow i will not be locked up i might get a plead deal i might have to do one more status meeting thing and then we go to trail

if we go trail he is pretty sure can win since the facts are what they are .........no oil ejuice and only 0.3 mls that can not be sold that is personal use

I read the whole thread and peace and good fortune to you. They put you through the ringer unnecessarily in my opinion but karmas a bitch and although I appreciate 5-0 and respect them this was a BS case from the get go.
