It appears that some are claiming that the UN Arms Treaty of 2013 can be implemented without ratification by the Senate. This is because of some wording that states when 50+ nations ratify it (which happened in late 2013) it becomes international law in 90 days.
I say no, it cannot without ratification from our elected representatives which is impossible without ammending the Constitution correct?
