OG everything .!

OG is just a trend. It was once the same kind of deal with columbian, acapulco gold, panama red, thai sticks, skunk #1, blueberry, haze...etc. Soon it will be on to the next trend.

While OG is great, it leaves out much appreciation to strains like Lavander, J-1, Cookies, Chem, and all kinds of other flavors and terps n smells.

I like a variety, I know what good OG smokes like and yeah it is phenominal but I can't help but want a bunch of different kinds rather than just one. With anything in life it can get boring, variety is the spice of life :D.

Sorry guys I have been writing long ass research papers, my fingers and my brain are failing me on these forums today.

What I know is that any OG is a big favorite of mine, and every variant I have had is excellent. Got 3 Blue OG in my basement, I grew it before, and it is one of the few plants out there that I will definitely keep growing.
OG in my opinion is an easy grow, good amount of harvest, tastes great and get's you fucked up.
What more can you ask?

For someone in a different country that never really sqw the og craze, i think the market is very oversaturated, to the point that it makes it hard for someone who can't get original cuts to find the closest possible thing in seed form. Don't get me wrong, I love growing out beans to find a good representation, but it takes a bloody long time and even then, it may not be the closest thing as I've never tried the original lol. It is fun trying them all out though. One of the cookie cross girls I've got at the moment seems very og dominant, I'd say from the Louis XII og that's in the cross. I smoked a bud at 6 weeks and it near blew my head off :-D

blue og is not og. Og is hard to grow, small amount of harvest. I do agree that it tatses great and fucks you up. Lol

There are few variations of og. And yes, og crosses are well played out. If cross strain x to og, it will not make og, it's a hybrid that in my experience will offer very little of the outstanding qualities of the og. It's obvious that many who speak on the subject have no idea what real og is.

I grow commercially, and always listen to my customers and what they want is variety. Life is too short to smoke the same bud all the time. I grow, maxed out, 22 plants in 4 week cycles, and maybe I might grow 4 of the same plant, but usually 2 plant of different strains. I spend money on seeds, but it s like collecting stamps. It's addicting, and there are SO MANY STRAINS out there. Do the math growers and stoners. Every plant takes 8-12 bloom growth, not counting veg. That means in a year you have only 4 crops There are hundreds of varieties out there, and I maybe will do a strain I love once a year. As the saying goes, variety is the spice of life. Right now I got going
Blue OG
G-13
Gummy Bear
Blue Lemon Thai
True Berry
Tangerine
Berry Bomb
5th Element
Silver Surfer
Holy Grail
I will probably never grow these strains again, unless it a killer plant (Blue OG and Holy Grail and Blue Thai and G-13 for sure are keepers)
