If no harm is obvious I would likely be laughing at the oddness of it all, then answering questiosn about why someone was nude in public at the playground. Then, "why can't I be naked at the playground?"

In that situation I would hope that my children would recognize a likely mentally ill individual and understand that the behavior they witnessed wasn't normal nor socially acceptable.

Well I would offer him clothing, then alert EMS. I would counsel him on how it is against the law and ask him why he was nude.
