Yeah, I had 3/5 runts in my pack With 2 very robust seeds.

The runts were all fragile. Shocked easy (would advise LST and low light intensity. Very small changes)

Popcorn buds with a total sativa buzz. If you can keep it dialed in will make some goodness, I havent come across a runt pheno that touches either of the robust ones.
Looks like this round I have 3 good looking specimens. I highly recommend.

Super Lemon Haze is one of our "signature" strains. Just finished up a very productive run. We regularly yield 1g/w with this strain. Probably our favorite along with the tried-and-true Skywalker. SLH is extremely popular with our patients. It's our only strain that's completely spoken for before we ever even start it. But on this last run we carved out five units from the total for use in cultivating some new relationships.

You see, there's lots and lots of OGs out there. A grower can lay down some fire OG and negotiation centers in the mid to high-mid 2 packs ($2.4-$2.8k). Last week we went in to a high-profile club in LA (one of those "new relationship" we wanted) and at just the right time we whipped out the SLH. I never get tired of watching a buyer look at that stuff! First thing they notice is the super-large, hand-trimmed, very colorful and extremely frosty buds. Then they open it up. The smell hits them like a hammer and the expression on their face is absolutely priceless. It never fails that they look up with big eyes to see if you're watching them but then they are drawn back for a second pass, almost like they couldn't believe what they just experienced. Very consistent response - wish I had a film of it, ha, ha.

But the market judges and it speaks loudly sometimes. We tried to be nice and quoted $3.2k per unit on the SLH. Buyer never even countered with a lower offer. Walked out with the $$$ and probably left some more on the table. Should have started at $3.4-$3.6k, damn. But we got the account!

:bigjoint:

Some Super Lemon Haze at about 8 weeks on a 10 week run (those are 54" tall tomato cages BTW):

That is a beautiful plant. Nice job.

I'd never pay those prices but good on you for earning them.

Eta: I guess that actually isn't a bad price upon reflection for an end recipient. $200/ounce.

You might want to check out Archives Oregon lemons. Super lemon haze is the only seeds I bought twice and still is my favorite smelling strain. The skittles phenol is the keeper but I have Got a black licorice smell out of some.

Looking to change up my selection to things with unique flavor while still holding down a good yield.

Looking into a lemon kush or something by female seeds but open to suggestions on other breeders/ lemon tastes. (Or any other unique tasting, flavorful strains)
Hey, um lemon haze I hear a lot of hype about uk London area n lemon skunk . Dunno the smell or state tho. But I can tell you the best tasting smelling weed I e ever had, period..
Lol Pineapple Express.. Haha foreal man that's what I was told it was by trusted friend I was getting bud from or even Maui waui that n Pineapple Express are pretty much similar or the same mostly I may be wrong. I just had Pineapple Express n when I broke it up with my fingers it was sticky n fluffy n when I licked my finger of trichs it tasted soo sweet n fruity like the smell alone is skunky overthrown by a huuuge pineapple smell or fruity pineapple it was amazing...... How close to pineapple it smelled. I had it in my pocket and almost sum paranoia lifted just cuz of how pineapples the smell was to the point it masked thesubtle but yet pungent skunky hidden in the fruity tropical fragrance to complement into a pineapple dominate smell. So it by sum who don't know weed at all or little may just smell an exotic air freshener or spray, or just a store selling fried food wipn up spices it blends so well I love that strain man. Absolute gold

Considering they are going to turn around and make at least double what they paid for it. When the collective I worked for opened they started at 4200 for the True OG and Sour Diesel, they still made money off of it! I mean seriously dude, they can afford to pay those prices and we shouldn't let them lowball us.

Just my opinion though, if we put in the work as farmers they should pay us accordingly :). Especially since NY used to pay 6800 for some diesel. Inflation has gone up but prices of bud has gone down :(.

i can always depend on you being an asshole. how old are you 15? you sure seem it!
Are you admitting you are fond of little boys?

You can definitely count me in to be the first asshole after you disrespect some of my buddies on here. Don't be such an asshole and you wouldn't attract the King.

I would go on but you wouldn't understand, you know old folk and their hearing problems.

Actually inflation has been very low for the past 5 years or so. Prices have gone down due to increased supply as legal states (medical or recreational) have been diverting more to illegal markets.

Of course we should be paid for our work, we all know an ounce doesn't cost $200 to create. Every setup is different but minus my time as an expense, every plant cost me less than $20 from start to finish from clone.

What the others are based on.... like most other popular strains... Sensi's Skunk#1, NL#5, O Haze..

And in this case add Citral from Positronic.

Las Vegas Lemon Skunk my ass... walk 10-15 minutes in any direction from DNA Genetics in Amsterdam and you'll run into a seedshop (sensi...) or even coffeeshop (bulldog) selling lemon skunk seeds.... Citral x Skunk #1.

All the same shit I sold and smoked decades ago already...

You obviously don't count your time as a cost, I put in 7-14 weeks per plant, I give people things that they can't find in a dispensary. Anything under 5 bucks a gram is not worth it to me. I would rather keep it and smoke it with friends. There is a lot of in between things that people forget about like bleaching the entire room. Trimming the entire crop myself etc.

And inflation has been artificially stable, unemployment we don't even count those that no longer have benefits. A prime example is popcorn at a movie theatre, 5 years ago it was 3.50 for a small, now it is 5.50 for a small. Milk has been increasing in price, gas decreased only due to what is happening in the world. If we throw aside the inflation number there are many costs that have gone up including electricity while wages are stagnant.

I am not opposed to giving someone a really nice deal and doing 125-150 an oz but I mean really it could cost you 20 bucks for nutrients and soil but if you actually put time in the garden it should be more valued.

When people are paying 400+ for an oz of top shelf at the collective it feels like robbery to be getting less than half for a fresh, top quality, all organic pesticides, with lots of love and definitely not kiefing it before handing it off. 400 bucks an oz is a total rip off but people pay it in the store.

IF someone did all the brunt work for me I'd give it away free.

And what about the 90% that live in non-med and Illegal areas, is it not fair to charge more for the time if it come to Lawyer up. Most business have a mark-up for legal ramifications'.

Yep, so many factors go into the price. All I can do is stay firm in what I expect and if they don't want it that is fine with me. The more herb I have the more I get to smoke.

Some days growing feels like the best job in the world, other days it feels like one of the most shit on jobs.
