Its HUGE and plenty strong- I've hung a filter and 4 lights from it... all while shit's been stacked on top of it too. Zippers move smoothly and it fits together well. Obviously 36sf is larger than you need for a 600w but if you've room for it at your grow, larger tents are easier to keep cool and make it much easier to access your plants. Hang the 600 vertically and you'll have maximized your grow space.

Like any of the cheap tents you'll want to check for light leaks but they're easily fixed with duct tape. Reinforcing the poles is easy too, if needed. Good luck.

ive grown in a 4x4 tent for a few years in the past,and i had a 600 watter in there.and i was getting a pound plus every harvest,so forget those numbers of yours.if you have 4 bushy plants in there,thats 150 watts per plant.

I always thought 4x4 was for 600 but either way im buying another 600 or something in near future so ill judt get 4x4 apollo.

yeah, we could argue all day about 600 vs 1000 in 4x4.

do you care about odor?
if so, filter/scrubber>reflector>8" inline fan (in or out of tent). do yourself a favor and spend an extra 20 bucks and get a fan speed controller

Yes i do, im doing exactly what u said. The filter should be high up and away from i take correct? Ill have everything except filter or scrubber, ill make sure to have one before it flowers tho will that be ok?

I have an 8 inch radiant reflector, i was told thzt with only one 8' hood you should set it up different.

Whats your suggestions?

I would suggest getting yourself an Agromax tent from HTG and spend the money you save on your other gear. Secret Jardin tents are sweet. Gorilla tents are sweet. Both will cost you a ton more than an Agromax. I am not saying these are top of the line by any means, they are a great starter tent. They have tons of vents, windows, removable floors and decent zippers/flaps.

As others have said, 600 is fine for a 4x4 tent. A 4x4 space can not utilize the 1000w beam from just the way it is cast alone. Let's not get into the added heat during the summer months that in some grows, can make a HUGE difference.

You should be thinking more along the lines of a 6" fan and ducting/ports, 8" is overkill for your setup.

i would hang the filter up in a corner if possible. you can mount the fan in or out of the tent. should have enough room inside i would think. if you care about noise, you could put an 8" duct muffler on the exhaust of the fan.
you'll start getting odors maybe halfway thru flower so you should have plenty of time.
i would set the fan up to suck thru the filter/scrubber and the reflector and then out of the tent. leave a vent open at the bottom of the tent on the opposite side of the filter/scrubber

Hang the carbon filter high and keep the fans out of the tent. Make sure all of you air is draw through the then and not blown through. Each of my tents has this same setup (this is one of the Agromax tents still being used 3+ years without issue). The filter's fan is hooked up to the enviro controller and fires up for both temp and RH drawing in ambient air and outside air together. There is one velcro vent open and it also has a 6" duct reduced for the 4" bottom port running from an exterior vent so they get fresh air (they are located below ground).

Keep everything that does not need to be in the tent out of it. No ballast or inlines need to be in there. Just the hood, the air mover fan, and a remote enviro sensor. Keep it simple.

I have my fans inside and my 6" max fan is hooked directly too phresh filter, and I have a 6" hydrofarm intake just off the floor inside. I wanted to keep the noise down. In my opinion! hooking your filter to your fan is better! If you don't have the flange just take a 3 inch piece duct and 2 clamps tight together. Hang the fan/filter in a corner and you shouldn't have a problem with weight.

not the weight of the tent. you want to find out much weight it can hold. gorilla claims you can do a pullup on theirs.

I've got a 4x8 gorilla grow tent, not the lite line.

I have a light mover, a 50lb carbon filter, and my two lights hanging in there and I can do pull ups in the tent.

Gorilla tents are beastly, it really does hold at least 300lbs, no joke. I'm 225lbs alone, plus all that equipment...

It's not the poles so much as the connectors, like scaffolding that creates the strength
