I had a guy just like that. Finally I taught him how to make his own clones. Then one day I'm over there and this fucka got about 75 plants going, 2 4x8 flowering tents and 2 4x4 veg tents and a dog kennel like mine outside. I'm like wtf brah, I thought you only grew for personals. Teach a man to fish and he never buys fish from you again.

The 1st question you have to ask yourself when dealing with another person is " how is this transaction gonna effect my safe operation ? " .
This dude is lazy , strike 1 .
He also wont listen = stupid , strike 2 .
He's childish, skate boarding vs TCB , strike 3.
He's i'll prepared with payment , strike 4.
And the most telling of all , he's been busted before & still wont conduct business in a safe manner , strike 5-6-7-8-9-10 & 11 .

Im 100% legal in a legal state & i wouldnt sell or give that clown the time of day , he's too loose with everything he does & sure sounds like he wants much for little , if i were you i'd tell him im burned out from growing & buying my smoke from now on , that cat is the type who tells on his own grandma to save his own ass .

You know what ya gotta do kiddo , give his ass the boot .

To answer your original question... you are certainly not a bitch. Far from it I'd say after hearing how you go out of your way to accommodate the guy. Doing him a favor is snipping off a branch of your good pheno and handing it to him. What you're doing sounds more like unneeded work and unnecessary risks. Dude sounds like a total user. I'd cut the cord completely.

In a way I feel ungrateful for refusing the work but it's only 25 clones which I will receive numerous messages about over the coming weeks, so to me it's not worth the stress.

He wants advice all the God damn time and doesn't ever listen. Eg. I drop the clones on Sunday and tell him to transplant straight away and he goes out skateboarding (age 36) instead. I'll get a message a few days later saying they don't look too good?? To which I reply 'my work ended when I dropped them off, I can't help you if you don't listen'.
I just don't want an apprentice. Had he been one I'd have sacked him on a few occasions.

So, I feel like a bitch but I think I should just concentrate on my own show.

Well if he wants to be irresponsible and goes skateboarding at age 36 ROFL. Let him be irresponsible and fuck up his grow it doesn't make you a bitch.
