Seriously no offense, the folks at RIU are very helpful and a bunch of your q's will be answered- but with accurate answers? Only occasionally. (you've already seen some flamers go at it here in this thread supposedly about tents...) Obviously you've LOTS to learn, and I recommend getting the base level of knowledge via general grow books or reading the shit out of the forums here. They're a way better place to nail down a lot of the basic understanding of grow spaces, plants, etc. Then come back and post threads with specific questions that you can't find answers to.

Again I don't mean to be a dick but whole room vs tent and simple ventilation questions are covered ad infinum and expertly throughout this site. Folks at RIU are endlessly helpful, but honestly for the simple(r) questions you're asking here, some of the general grow guides will give you way better advice than the back/forth you'll get here.

And when u seach the internet u will find 100's of opinions that r much more misleading then here . Is why I first joined I have had lots of very very good advise .
I'd love to live ina country where u can buy a grow guide for weed but it's highly legal here would be like buying a book where u live ,on how to make coke or meth


At least here u get upto date opinions not opinions from last year here u also get personal experiences

im bout to walk round kmart, joblot, home depot looking for something i can repurpose for a decent frame and cheap. thn wrap it with a tarp maybe unless i can get cheap panda film alternative. and need lots of chain or rope. and ofcourse mad duct tape...

For someone starting out it is fine and you don't need a rolls Royce to learn to drive so you don't need a expensive tent to learn to grow. My first tent was a Seahawk, cost me 120.00
Aussie and it worked great.
A lot of the higher priced ones are more about marketing and prestige, some are great but be careful you could be paying more for the same tent with premium trim.

yep, I have a Chinese no name tent that I paid about $100 for and it is faultless

Iam running a 4 in inline with 4 carbon filter on a 600w
6 in cool tube
Mh/ hps
The ballast is a hps ballast but I brought one of those 600w growlush mh bulbs that can run on a hps ballast image.jpg

I have Venetian blinds and I hang massive curtains behind em works well and just looks like vertical blinds this is my ballast image.jpg
I used to run 400w system this my first 600w grow
On the 400w had a digital but it died so I went back to mag I just don't trust digitalis anymore

I use passive intake so I like the bottom 0 light escapes from em and if it did it would be below plant lvls

yeah I have one of those as well, it actually just started to turn itself off every now and then so I replaced it

Tent is cheap but it's as good as my m8 that brought from a hydro shop for like 350 and just as big
Rest me gear is top of the line bulbs Best in aus
The ballast had the best mag components

The inline has a 5 year warranty lol
