Should already be blazed if you're leaving the dealers!

Counting money in their driveway or doorstep, or sticking things in your pocket outside their place always bothered me. And people that talk loud enough for it to be obvious to neighbors

Am I the OP that started this thread talking about going into headshops talking about weed? No

My only point was that there are better ways to treat customers than kicking them out on their first slip up and as I've posted several times; I'm in a medically legal state that still has Headshops that act like Marijuana is against the law. Fuck off with your condescending attitude.

Ok, this is what we call a grey area. In these cases, there are some people allowed to possess and others that cannot. The burden on the shop owner is to treat them all like federal law dictates. But did you ever have a problem getting a grow light?

You need to cut these guys some slack and use your head. This isn't a power trip. It is survival for them. Grow shops in places like OR have the same problem. People walk in with a fucking fan leaf and want to talk Nutes. They often get super pissed when told to put it away.

They should have the right to kick out whoever they want though

Except big brother, or anything with power over them.

Anything and everything has the right to do anything and everything that it's capable of. Any laws or rights written by people are temporary and will also have acceptions and limits to them. That should be at the top of the constitution or something.

Medically legal is different from recreationally legal that is a big difference. In Calif, (medically legal) we have smokeshops (places to buy anything tobacco related) that also sell vapes, bongs, e-cigs, pipes, etc Unless you know them/are a known customer everything is spoken in euphemism...why? Because unless you have a card its still illegal. Same with the hydro shops.
If I had a shop I'd take a pic of you and send to all the other shops in a 6hr drive and tell 'em why

Politicians wiped their ass with that rag 100 yrs ago , the Constitution is a show piece in a glass case & has zero to do with politics or law enforcement anymore , fuk we have presidents that go to war without congressional approval ya think they even care about the Constitution anymore , its their way or a beat down & jail .

I've already said they have the right to kick you out and should if you're a dumb ass who goes into a Headshop running their mouth about weed. All I was saying was there are ways to give a first time offender a warning before kicking them out and I'm the one getting treated like the dip shit who doesn't know how to conduct themselves in public.

Funny, that post stuck in my craw too. But somewhat differently...

I wanted to point out to Mainy that... "that which is freely asserted - is freely denied". So a logically valid counterpoint to his assertion is - "is not."

@Iloveskywalkerog , what did you mean? In what way is it being erased?

I just felt like typing... I'm not trying to treat anyone like a dipshit. I am a dipshit. I've never seen anyone get kicked out of a headshop for slipping up and saying "bong" though. The person working will just say it's not a bong, it's a waterpipe, don't say bong. And you can sense their anxiety waiting for the person to slip up again... since it's all on video and if anything happens cops take the video.

I was refrencing the moderators comment, nothing you said offended me.

I have seen people kicked out for saying bong and chillum and I was once kicked out for saying bowl back when I first started smoking. Each time it happened I never heard a warning given, it was just "I'm going to have to ask you to leave.", though everytime it happened it was near smokeshops that are right near a large college. Maybe it's just shitty customer service because I've also been to headshops that have posted warnings and some that speak freely about marijuana use.
