Newb needs some help asap please.

Kk so i just planted the seeds in rockwool after germinating the seeds. I only plan on growing 2 inside and the rest outdoors somewhere. I have a 100 watt cfl bulb that says 5000k or what not and i have a plant and aquarium 18inch and 15 watt with 410 lumens and that floresnt. So my questions are am i fine with the lighting for 2 plants? And how long should i run the lights for? And not just when there seedlings either. I want to know the whole process of lighting.(how many hours or what not)
Seedling...
Vegatatiion....
Flowering...
And should i upgrade if im only growing 2 for right now?
Any advice will help thanx....

24/0 or 18/6 is da light hours bra
12/12 fo flower
Cfl is da way to go in an aquarium bra. I think you meant 6500k too
U dont need to change light hours fo seedling into veg bra.

Did you read nething about growin tree cause you gon get sum bashin from pple in a minute no disrespect bra.

KK so I'm hearing a couple diff. stories. On this page it says u need at least 3000 lumens per square foot. And only have about 1900 per square foot. And other people say u only need a 1000 lumens per square foot. So do u thing ill be fine with what i have for now?

People grow with fluoros all the time. They're not as advantageuous as HID lights, but they'll be just fine. Also, depending on cost, I might try and run two 100W CFL's. The more light the better.
