My buddy has been growing using garden and bloome organic soil (you can find it just about anywhere) with Roots Oregonism benny bacteria. then he just feeds organic unsulfured mollases. I used this method on my last grow and had amazing results.

Use Espoma lineup of Bio Tone, Tomato Tone, along with a Kelp meal, some Lime, also add Jamaican guano, rock phosphate and Azomite. Mix this and your ProMix Hp/Bx in 32 gallon trash can, or break it down into a size you can mange and let this mix cook for a month to 6 weeks. I have seen people use 20 gallon Rubbermaid containers with heat mats indoors to help along the process. The ingredients mentioned can be bought from Amazon or Ebay, or sourced locally for the most part, but I know all can be bought from the two mentioned retailers. Also I know this is not a traditional super soil recipe but this has worked amazingly and you can Google a similar recipe for validity. As for the amounts of each ingredient needed I just follow the directions off the label, almost all will have a option for making a soil stew. But again there are recipes using these ingredients out there with more specific measurements. Have fun and good luck.

ditch the d-lime, the guano, the blood meal, Epson salt, and liquid azomite.
a ten gallon bag of roots is already going to be fairly amended, with all the other stuff you are adding you are going to be hurting brother.
kelp, neem, crab, and alfalfa meals will crap all over subs recipe.
Just sayin, do it and I promise you won't go back to the supersoil.
And a gallon of castings is way more than a pound.
a gallon of water is over 8 lbs.. I have never weighed EWC but I would be surprised if it was less than 5 lbs at least, and that's DRY.
i'm not trying to bust balls man, just tryin to help.
Maybe a lil more minerals too...

I made subcools supersoil recipe with a little extras but it's been cooking in 50 gal. trashcans with the roots organic soil bags duct tapped to the top cause I don't have any lids, so I've been looking in there through the little holes and I can see some green fungus or mold. Now I know white fungus is good and I have yet to see any of that but I was told not to trip because it can form under the surface. I was planning on cooking it for 6 weeks but now I don't know. What should I do? Is it good or bad and if it's bad what should I do? Thanks for your help

A)I don’t recommend not cooking your “super soil”. However if you just can’t let it cook you do have another option. I haven’t always been able to let my soil cook for a dispensary grow where I work . My solution was; with my first watering I watered with one tablespoon of water-soluble Mycorrhizae
, one tablespoon of Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salts), one teaspoon of powdered Humic Acid, and a quarter of a teaspoon ofAzomite. By watering the first time using these ingredients, it seems to jump-start the biological process driven by the mycorrhizae micro-organisms which in turn allows the natural production of available nutrients in the soil.
Maybe it help u

I think you may have the mychorrizhae's functions and their role in an organic soil a lil confused...
Beneficial microbial populations, fungi, and bacteria are what makes the nutrients in the soil more "broken down" or biologically available to the plant.
Check the sticky "something people ought to know"
