spray paint used around plants in new grow room

would spray paint or spray sealing foam used around plants cause issues with the plants?
I have when moving plants to the new grow gotten yellowing and splotchy leafs,
some rattle can spray paint was used around the plants and also spray foam used around them,
also had a old sewer drain open for a couple of days around them,
no pictures uploaded at this time,
Im checking to see of anyone might know,

That doesn't sound like a healthy enviroment, for you either. Better call a hazmat team in.

Only downside potential from the spray paint but impossible to answer. Depends on amount of over spray in the room and quality of your air exchange. Splotchy leaves can be a lot of things, pics would help.

the voc's are the problem with paint. it can def. kill em.

i did a little more research and the spray foam will off gas for about a week,
Its either the paint or the spray foam messing with them, the mothers I have transferred are not getting any worse it appears,I had several new mothers running to replace older mother plants, I had to jerk them all up and replace them again,
Its been a few days since the paint has been used, but the foam was recently used again just a day or so ago,
my guess is its the foam,
I did read about the VOC's it can screw them up but it would almost have to have the whole room saturated in it, The fumes were bad when he was spraying that shit around though.
I'll put in a exhaust fan and evac the room with it for a few days,
apparently some people are real sensitive to the foam closed cell insulation for a long time and show allergy's to it, a lot of new construction is being done with these closed cell foam insulations and some people have to sell their homes and cant move into them even after they are completed,
they advertise this stuff as enviro friendly too,

You may be right but i couldnt see it really affecting them to the point of leaf marking. Theres trees grown on the side of roads all the time next to diesel chugging engines and they do fine.

The trees next to the road will have huge air exchange around them being outside so nothing can accumulate near them for any period of time, this room is pretty well sealed, we are sealing the hell out of this room, so the off gas from the spray foam(apparently it contains some pretty nasty stuff)will continue until the foam cures,
Ill be able to transfer a co2 generator and monitor into the room in a day or two , the room is huge with nothing in bud and the door is left open for hours every day so there should be decent co2 in the room for the small amount of plants that are currently in it,
im going to go back to the room and pipe in a air intake for a few days to evacuate the room and exchange the air removing the gas from what I think is the foam causing the issue

Ensure you relocate the plants until your chems have completed out gassing, about 24 hours in most cases, then return ur plants, ensure you keep your venting high for the next 24 hours, stomata on plants burns very easily, when exposed to alcohol and chem'thinner' type vapors ..best to use water based sh!t..!

nothing is in bud, ive got a inline sucking like a dragon right now, It takes from my research around a week for the gas to leave the spray foam,
the room is put under negative pressure , the plants are looking better already,The fan will change over the room air approximately every nine minutes

You sure its not lack of co2 causing it then?

there is not enough plants in the room of this size to use up the CO2 in the room, especially under veg, But I still consider a co2 monitor a necessity. It will be injected but only at normal outside levels of co2 around 400 to 500 PPM, the room will flip lights from one side of the room to the other, for several reasons, a/c load and electrical load so temps will be set at a constant 75 to 80 degrees or so,no temp drops at night.
