Hey Dave, many people would be a little insensitive about you " highjacking " a thread. But maybe you just don't know since you are new. The correct way is to post your own thread or at least ask the owner for permission. But I won't sweat it. Anyway, my advice to you is to get a small loupe to view your trichomes. When they are about mostly cloudy to 15% amber heads they are ready to harvest. A few others may be able to tell by leaf color or pistils receding. They may be able to help. Good luck.

They look great Rob. I think I'll give c99 a go next round. Just worried about height. Maybe I'll top the hell out of them.
Having a problem with one of my wappas. A few days back I noticed some fadind and rust spots on a couple of leaves. I ignored it and it got worse. Leaves started curling upward. And spots got worse. Several leaves are almost dead. Narrowed it down to probably magnesium deficiency. Thinking about a foliar feed of Epsom salt or wait a couple days when I water and add a little calmag. Scared to foliar feed cause maybe its not magnesium and make it worse. Anyway hopefully it gets better.

Starting to get pretty crowded in there. Like a jungle in a 5x5 tent. Unfortunately the are growing outward rather than upward. The tallest auto is about 2 feet tall and not very wide , while the tallest of the wappas and critical kushes is only about 15 inches but easily 18 inches wide. The shortest of these is about 9 inches tall and 12 inches wide. Overall I'm pleased so far.

you ever think about "mainlining" in the future ?
I've done a little research on mainlining and tbh I'm probably not ready to do that much training on my girls. Matter of fact I just tried fimming. I fucked up " fuck I missed". Lol. So I just wound up topping them. That was pretty simple. I plan to try LST in the future. Is mainlining extremely stressful to plants? Seems like so much cutting.

fimming is great, along with topping, ive done both. mainlining can be somewhat stressful in my opinion, but benefits greatly to create a bush. i actually use supercropping & lst a lot more indoors currently due to the fact of no cutting, which means a faster recovery period for me. mainlining just requires a longer veg time indoors, but the results are fantastic from what i've seen. i will try to post pics soon enough showing the response to my mainlining attempt. did you try to make clones with the tops & fimmed cuttings?

peace

Nah I've never cloned before. Right now I'm looking to experiment with many different strains to see what I like most. Once I get a few strains that I really like I'll run those and try my hand at cloning.
Hey did you look at the pic of my terrible leaves on the one plant? What do you think? I've narrowed it down to maybe magnesium or phosphorus deficiency. I'm stressing cause I'm growing in super soil and can't flush and re add nutes.

in the pic the leaf does kinda resemble a phos def(brown marks), i used a liquid guano mix to correct the phos problem i had once before. are you going to use any epsom salt to correct the mag def ? check online for a popular deficiency chart, serves me well to this day.

did you ever think of running 12/12 from seed, then revegging the ones you actually preferred ? which specific supersoil recipe did you use as a guideline? you are even experimenting by using supersoil in the reverse way of its original intention. i always thought it belongs on the bottom half of the container so the roots can grow into it.
