dim the light or higher heat..? sighs

with it getting hotter and hotter in having trouble cooling my cab I'm 11 days from flip trying to control stretch and concerned about the last few weeks if flowering , I have two NL and one Strawberry blue going under a 400'watt hps with a 6" hyper fan mixed flow 315cfm for the exhaust and passive intakes . Please do not say upgrade this and buy that because its not happening at least not before this runs over besides the cab only runs 4 or 5 degrees above ambient room temps I like my setup in just having a hard time keeping ambient temps much below 80 with a window ac unit
so my temps are averaging 80 with my light at 100% and I can get it down to 75 76 at 75%
so for the rest of these ladies life what would you do dim it for lower temps or leave it 100 and not stress bout 80 temps
oh and these temps are with the light 15" from the tops I expect it to be close to 10" by the time they're done stretching
anyone with a similar experience ?

If your RH is low, consider a swamp cooler.

what size tent do u have also there are different strains that react better to high temps also with high temps u could introduce co2 but i would rather run it at a lower setting if it meant keeping within a nice temp can u attatch any duct to the ac and run that into ur cab ?

my cab is 4ftx2ftx5ft , could you recommend and strains , and great idea but no I couldn't do that and could you suggest a good way to use co2 in a space that size without spending alot

an inline fan might help
you can make a co2 generator but its hard to tell exactly what co2 levels are being discharged how far from your plants do u have the light are u checking temps at canopy

the hyperfan is an inline fan.. The lights are 15" from tops and yes thats where the temp sensor is I appreciate the replies but I said all that in the OP and you can see the temp sensor in my pic right above the canopy......

move light away to 18 inches and see temps if need be i would have it around 20 inches and the temps are sure to drop

its an inline fan but your using it as extraction right ?
if ur using it as air into cab u need to think about extracting the hot air first if u are using it as an extraction then u could look at using one to bring in fresh air but if ur going to use as input then u would get air from the ac and the inline fan would carry the cold air into cab and the other would be extracting out the hot air if none of this helps can u have the cab open at all

I use the fan at the end of the cooltube pulling air through the tube and pushing it about 3 ft into the attic , the cab is in a closet roughly the same size add about a foot on each side of the length theres enough room to fit a cooler on the side of the passive intake I though of filling one with dry ice the last few weeks if things got bad enough

and yes i have the door open now and it helps but i cant always leave it open and i painstakingly covered everything in mylar for a reason

run your lights on at night it will help alot
veg is the hardest time to control temps with lights being on for 18-24 hours also where is your ballast ? if its inside ur cab move it outside

well i have experimented with lots of temps from mid 60's to 88 degrees C altough many its said 72 - 76 is the key area i have seen massive growth rates and yield running temps 82 - 87 degrees only thing you need to do dial in your nutrient feeding..
Meaning less nutrients as plants will take in more water,, and once you get it dialed in .. you will have faster growth then you ever seen before

thanks for the reply I seriously wonder if its worty stressing about but have nothing else to go on other than forums and research being a newb still and the general consensus is always 75 during flowering and even lower the last few weeks how much does a five degree increase really make ,.... But I guess thats also strain dependant.....?
