wth genetics or did I fup

Hey everyone
first post here long time reader and being at a loss I thought I would hope I can get some answers
info:
1st grow in about 10 years
plant stage re veg or seedlings
medium : basic potting soil with perlite
light 1000watt hps
17 days In soil
plant a
(These should be uploaded in the order I'm speaking hopefully)
Healthy? Not sure in a 1 gallon pot bottom leaves seem to be drying out and breaking apart
same with plant b
plants c,d,e seem to be growing very weird almost fup genetics
What are your thoughts opinions suggestions?
The other question I have is the light should switch to reg grow bulb n leave it 24/0
or should I just be patient and wait everything out for another week?

The grow bulb is 75 watt cfl. I know mh would be ideal but budget doesn't permit atm

What kind of soil is that? dont look like enough perlite. I would guess its looks like 3 things bad drainage, soil too hot, heat stress. I would put them under the clf for 2 wks.

The soil is just your basic potting soil. Temp in the room is running 80-85. I also had them in 5 gallon buckets n then put into smaller pots I think I may have over water going to do the cfl today. Thanks for your input I'll post better pics soon

yeah they look dried up imo to hot bet humidity in 20 s also? high heat combined low humidity and even low amount of food with this age plant is the result in the pics imho

Humidity is around 60% sorry should have said that I'm making a little box for the cfl now I'll post pics once I'm done. The soil is not dry at all here is a much better pic out of the hps light

temps need to stay below 80 F
