*PLZ HELP*Leaves dry and curling upwards with brown spots

I've grown once before and I had no problems at all, but that was a while ago and I'm not 100% sure how I went about it.
This all happened in 3 days...
I'm running 4 100w Coolwhite CFL's, 18 hours on 6 off. The plant is in regular soil and I haven't fed it yet. I water when the soil under and inch is dry.

it was growing on my window silI until i moved the plant into a closet with the bulbs and a computer fan 3 days ago, and all of a sudden it's curling up with brown spots.. Seems like it's dying

I'm sure i can make many improvements and I really need some help.

Can somebody please check these pics out and give me some advice! I'd really appreciate it thanks guys.

Heat stress. You need something better then a pc fan.....

I know it took some time to put all that foil in there, but thats most of the problem. foil will cause hot spots. do you have a air inlet in there? painting the walls white would be a lot better.

Oh WOOOW I was wondering about that! Will she recover? :/
There's a hatch in there but it leads into the rest of the building(in the walls and floors).
And the foil actually didn't take long I'll rip it down no prob but Would I be better off leaving it in my kitchen in the sun?

It's only heat stress, no big deal. My outdoor plants get stressed when temps hit 30c+ in direct light. They are back to normal in the morning. As for leaving in a window, that depends on how much direct light it will get.

Ahhh okay! The leaves are crumbling so I'm assuming those ones won't bounce back eh.
They get about 7-9 hours of sunlight in my kitchen.
If I put them back in the closet without the foil and I'll mount a small 6" car can on the wall to circulate the air, think I'd be ok with that?

Update: plant has been in my kitchen for 2 days, it's drying out more and more, doesn't seem to be getting any better

It need a shot of fert. the way you should water is to water the soil all the way through so you get some water out of the bottom, then let the soil dry out, more than just dry down one inch. this allows oxygen from the air to get to the roots which they need. I'd water it thoroughly with some fert and let it dry out. but I'm wondering about that soil. this could be a pH problem too, not just heat or fert. need more info about the grow.

Okay I'll water like that! And what else would you like to know about it??? This all happened as soon as I put it in the closet was growing fast and a perfect shade of green before

Can you post some new pics. Some potting soil has nutes in it and some dont, thats why they ask for the name of the potting soil like Foxfarm. pro mix, MG

The soil is called "signature master gardener" it's all purpose potting soil. Leaves are drying out more by the minute.
